If you are visiting OBX - swing by Surfin' Spoon. Staff are friendly and the decor is modern chic (Cali vibe). They had two vegan options for froyo during my visit. I swirled them and it was delicious. They have ample signage letting people know that if they have allergy or dietary concerns that the staff are readily available to answer questions and make recommendations.
