There's literally no reason why one of the five people there at seven am couldn't answer the phone for a large order.
I got there at 7:20.. four people standing around. I asked why nobody answered the phone. Got told it was "back there" with a laugh. Not sure why it was funny..
What I thought was funny was when he complained about it being so slow and the lack of business. I replied, you might want to answer your phone, because, you know .. duh.
The young guys were spot on.. donuts were good and looked great.
Shame whoever the other guy was seemed to be in charge. You'll make more money if you answer the phone.
