Window service. To start I had a hundred dollar bill,the boss was rude and didn't even try to get change. I had to ask for my drink.Then got my food went to eat it on the beach,no spoon or napkins. So I went back and asked for something to eat mash potatoes. They just passed out the window no apologies. The box with the meal box the chicken came in had potatoes down the side Im a local ,eat their about once a week but some needs to change. How do you run out of chicken, drinks ,just have tea.

If you want KFC drive by this place for sure and find the next one. I didnt recieve my side of mac and Cheese nor my side of cole slaw. Nothing to drink.....but i wasnt told that until after i ordered meals that come with drinks. They were out of drinks? How the heck does that happen? All we gots is water? The gentleman aks me about my reciept i let him know i wasnt given a reciept and he said yes we give everybody a reciept so i let him know that they didnt give me mine. They had nothing i ordered at first they were out after after church the guy says.....dont you cook more? This place is terrible dont stop there!!! And i got 5 chicken nuggets in my 8 pc nugget dinner that came with no drinks!

Employees all yelling at each other. Manager tried to get them to quiet down, did nothing. He apogised, but no respect for him or customers waiting there. Food was ok..have had better from other KFC places.

I have been going to KFC my entire life and rarely have had any issues. We went to the Outer Banks on a family vacation and wanted something other than Seafood and Pizza so we decided KFC. The place was empty so we knew we would get through the drive up quickly. Pulled up and the person taking the orders asked what we wanted. My wife said please give us a moment to decide, the employee said ok take your time. Not even 45 sec later she said what do you want again. My wife repeated please hold on this time with no response. We eventually ordered an 8peice bucket with the fixings. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich. We paid got back to the condo and they didn’t give enough utensils, no bisquits and my wife never got her chicken sandwich. They have an employee problem there because there is no reason with no one inside and no one in the drive thru you should mess up any order. Next time we will go to McDonald’s or sonic. Very disappointed

Might be the worst fast food. 30 minutes in the drive through only to have 1/2 the order missing. Went in to get the items and waited longer. People inside said they were also waiting 30 minutes.

We ordered 8 chicken breasts in the drive thru. They gave us 8 thighs which we didn’t discover until we got them back to the house to eat them. Service was very slow! Check your order. The employees were clueless!
i stopped here to get some food and no words can explain how AWFUL this experience has been. first of all the manager had his kids running wild around the store and no fountain drinks were refilled. i should’ve got in my car and left before i had known this would have gone 50x worse. we had sat down to eat and there were ROACHES yes ROACHES i was not only disgusted but also freaked out because as someone who has SEVERE ANAPHYLAXIS to them i did not want to take the chance of going into anaphylaxis. i proceeded to make the situation known and got my money back. as i was walking to the car to leave a manager yes manager followed me out and LAUGHED IN MY FACE for having a life threatening allergy. this is absolutely not okay and needs to be taken care of. i’m very disappointed in how awful they treated me
