Clam chowder and grilled shrimp very salty. Asked for beer with no lime - came with lime. My iced glass had a huge chip of glass missing on the glass! Glad I didn’t drink out of it. Flounder special had no taste. For the price we paid, we expected more!

We had our rehearsal dinner held at Mulligan’s the night before our wedding. We highly recommend to anyone looking to hold an event with extremely friendly staff & accommodating a large group! The food was fantastic & incredibly reasonably priced. Thank you Mulligans!

Of the two restaurants we ate in Nags Head, this food better by far. Crab bisque excellent, Crab cakes also, both had a lot of crab meat, not bread crumbs in the cakes. Off season so not busy. Waitress had a chance to talk about the food.

I have been a customer at Mulligan's for a number of years. It is one of my favorite restaurants. The food and general atmosphere are excellent. The service is also excellent, with the staff making me feel very much at home. I eat there regularly and when I am going to have lunch with a friend Mulligan's is the first place I suggest.

The entire family went, 8 people, and everyone was very happy with the service and food. I ordered the Tater Tacheos as an appetizer and while everyone was willing to try, they soon were going back for more. Amazing tater tots version of nachos. I got the Hawaiian Mahi sandwich and asked for bacon to be added. The blackened Mahi with the grilled pineapple and Cajun tarter was exquisite. The best fish sandwich I can remember having, anywhere. I tried the Southern Cali Fish Tacos and the rockfish was perfectly cooked and complimented by cilantro slaw and Cajun tarter. Among the best fish tacos I've had. Finally, I tried some of the Seasame and pepper seared tuna and the Mulligan Burger. The tuna was fantastic and whatever they marinate the cumber in finalizes this as some of the best cold served fish I've had. Having just tried some crab topped burgers in Baltimore last week, this version, Mulligan's, tops it easily. Also, the beach fries they serve with the entree are perfect. Total 5 star experience. Will be back any time I come back around Nags Head!
