I'd not been to this Outback for years. The food was good. Alyssa, my waitress was absolutely outstanding.She was on top of everything.
My steak was a tiny bit overcooked but I like it practically mooing and that is hard for a cook to do. Alyssa asked about it and I told her it could have been rarer but was quite rare and fine.
My dining experience was great. i'll return for sure.

I can't say that my last experience was terrible, but for a steak lover who was expecting a medium cooked sirloin, but was surprised to find a more well-done steak when I got ready to dig into my dinner, I was not too happy. I don't know what happened in regards to the steak but my lettuce wedge was subpar and was missing something in the flavor. My rice was delicious and my mushroom appetizer was delicious as well.
