Red Drum Grill & Tap House Reviews
fantastic food and service. Great place to go on beach road. really really good tuna, fries, sandwiches and so much more. been going for years. never disappoints us. Wanda the host is awesome.
The shrimp con queso and gamefish burrito are my tried and true favorites. We always sit at the bar and the service has always been great. I’m digging the new look to the place.

Red Drum Grill & Tap House offers some of the best food in the Outer Banks. The steamed shrimp and vegetables are highly recommended. The menu features amazing and reasonably priced options, including a massive slice of tuna. The restaurant has a dog-friendly patio and is kid-friendly with a game room. Recent visits highlight quick service, with meals like the catch of the day burrito and the blue burger being delicious. The inside atmosphere is fun, with cute decor, a pool table, and foosball table, making it a lively spot to enjoy a meal. Guests have praised the blackened mahi and blackened tuna, both dishes cooked perfectly. The drinks, especially Painkillers, are good, and the Barrel dip and Red drum sandwich are flavorful. Guests also enjoy the calamari, lightly battered in tempura and tender, as well as the shrimp queso, which is creamy and rich. The burger and quesadilla are well-liked too, making this a favorite spot in OBX. Service is generally great, with friendly staff, although some guests have noted slower service during busy times. Overall, the food is consistently good, making it highly recommended for anyone visiting the Outer Banks.
