A must to add to your dining for lunch or dinner when near Oregon Inlet at the Outer Banks. The seafood is always fresh and will never disappoint. The favorite is to dine outside on the deck with the water views and sea breezes flowing. Although sometimes when peak season, you may have to settle for inside dining. The menu offers something for all. My favorites are the shimp burger, fried oysters, calamari, crab fritters, and their hush puppies. Oh and they have a banana pudding like none other. You have to leave room for it!! Plus there is always a special of the day, if not already sold out by the time you get there.

The tuna tartar was incredible and the seared scallops bucatini was creamy smokey spicy goodness. Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and inviting. Fast service.

Shrimp boil, oyster chowder were very good. Fast service and very nice help working here.

We stopped in for a drink at sunset. The view was spectacular. This place is a hidden gem. We were staying at the campground right next to it. Their food was outstanding. Be sure to order the crab fritters and the she crab soup. Kate was our waitress and she was bubbly and fun and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next night for dinner!

Delicious lunch! We had crab soup, a shrimp platter and a crab cake sandwich. All of it was prepared perfectly. Large portions and fantastic tasting.

A REAL GEM !! We stopped at the Oregon Inlet marina and discovered this incredible seaside bar and grill. Sea Chef Dockside Kitchen has exceptional food. The food is fresh, hot and perfectly prepared. If you find yourself traveling south of Nags Head on the Outer Banks, you need to stop in for a Shrimp Burger or a Salad. Friendly people with a smile to serve you some of the best food on the Outer Banks. I highly recommend this restaurant and give it a 9/10 (one of my highest ratings).

Our first visit we had the shrimp and grits, outstanding. The shrimp reduction sauce was other worldly. Disappointed on our second visit it was off the menu.
The tuna tartar a treat to find on a menu, well executed.

I had a wonderful dinner here tonight with my husband. I ordered the grilled tuna and it was a great meal, came with 2 big pieces of tuna. So fresh! My husband ordered the crab fritters and said the crab was so sweet, he really enjoyed every bite. He also ate my second piece of tuna. For dessert we had a piece of lemon custard pie With strawberry sauce. Wow what a tasty treat. Highly recommend a trip here if you are in the area.

Best seafood we have ever had! Ate out on the deck in October for a fantastic evening meal. We were vacationing in the area and looked for a seafood restaurant ( there are many!) and this casual atmosphere with high end food. HIGHLY recommend the shrimp ( we had 1/2 lb for appetizer) with drawn butter! We also had the captains platter and the special of the evening was flounder with green beans and new potatoes. Excellent. The Hush puppies - wow! Service and the view was terrific also- made for a memorable meal. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous! I had the delicious Crab Cake on a salad as well as a Seared Tuna Over Vegetables. It was so good that I had to go back and thank the line for how excellent the food was. How is it possible to this place is only getting a 4.7 on Google? It should be a solid 5 all the way across.
