Would not recommend we pressed the red button for service and waited for 15 mins for someone to respond and never got service so we decided to leave
We was there at the drive in part and waited FOREVER!!!! we just left because no one was working
After 30 minute wait we left. Waited 25 minutes at outside pull ups then tried the drive thru after sitting 5 minutes with no response at drive thru we left. Several others left as well
Great way to completely waste your vacation.
Broken stalls (all of them) - Drive through no joke took 35 minutes. (I drove right up to the intercom, so maybe 3 vehicles in front of me)
First time here and everything was good. The food king coney could use a bit more flavor, but I'll def be back to get another slushy and try that double smasher!
Awesome fresh food. Great service tonight!! You could teach the McDonald’s in Manteo about professionalism. Thank you for showing some of our fast food restaurants in the OBX still have decent people working.
The woman working the drive thru window was too worried about yelling at another staff member while I was at the window to even bother to make sure my order was right. She asked if I needed sauce and I said yes honey mustard please, and she shut the window… continued yelling at the other girl for taking a 15 minute break while the drive thru line was backed up and didn’t even put the sauce in my bag after asking. Y’all need to hire more staff and do better.

Mobile ordered 2 drinks and 2 pretzels. Took over 20 minutes to receive and the pretzels were not even hot. If you want sub par service this is the place. Otherwise go anywhere else. It wasn't even a busy time. Now I know why so few cars were there.

We pulled into the car hop stall & waited ages before they finally let us know we needed to go through the drive thru - why have the screens on at all if we can’t order there? They were woefully understaffed & most definitely need more help. Two people in the whole place? Shame on Sonic. The guy doing the drive thru sounded exhausted. The really unfortunate thing was all of our blasts were SOUR - they all tasted weird & we finally figured out it was because they must have been made with sour milk. Needless to say, they were thrown out as soon as we got home.

When I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a “what do you want” in a mean tone and I was about to respond and she said “hello lady I don’t got all day” I took 2 seconds to respond and there was no one in line soooo. Anyways I ordered my food and went up to the window I asked for a lot of ranch and got none and they forgot one of the meals I ordered, Mistakes happen I just nicely went through the drive through and asked can I have my missing items and the ladies were giving me a hard time because I didn’t have a receipt.. They didn’t give me oneee!?!?! The reviews checked out because customer service is awful I feel bad because their always understaffed but idk, food was good though.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I give this place zero stars!!! My whole family needed something to eat so we stoped for breakfast and it looked closed but there was cars in the parking lot. We walked up to see if it was open and was told yes. We go pull into Park where they bring your order to your car and push the button and no one answered I waited and tried another screen and again no one answered. So I walked back up and opened the door and the lady told me she was in the back and would be with me in a minute. So I waited and waited and then pushed the button again. Then the lady yells at me through the screen and tells me if you want to order go through the drive through doesn’t respond and was really rude. After the other lady told me to order right there where I pulled in and parked. It was so confusing and they basically ran us off it was so weird the whole interaction was bizarre took 20 minutes to even figure out what was going on and by that time there was no way we were going to eat there. Don’t even waste your time. It looks like it’s over 100 years old and they only have two employees. Terrible customer service!!!
