I have gone to this taco bell/KFC more times than I could count. Every single time they mess up my order beyond repair. Never just one item either they always mess up every single item in the order. Have tried to give them so many chances thinking it's just a bad day. Sadly haven't had one good experience in the last 5 years. Save yourself money and don't even stop

Here casually waiting for someone to deign to come out?!!!! We came to pick up an order that was placed online and has been paid for. There are literally people inside sitting ignoring us and they just don't want to answer, they don't come out, we start calling and they don't answer the phone, then they just disconnect it. What kind of workers? 7320 S Virginia Dare Trail. Nags Head. They are disrespectful people who do not deserve to be working there, do not waste your time there.
Monday, December 9, 2024. About 9:30 pm We were there for at least 20 minutes, I recorded a video how after 10 minutes they were waiting and calling, even going to the deliveries, they saw us and ignored us. I would have liked to record those people sitting in there too. DISRESPECTFUL.

If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. I was there one hour before closing, and the workers in there locked the doors early and were sitting in the kitchen doing nothing and refused to take orders even if I tried to knock on the door. They saw me but completely ignored me. These people should be fired immediately.

I tried this time for the first time.The Catalina chicken quesadilla and it was amazing.The avocado is just the right of spicy and everything was hot and fresh.

Doesn't accept mobile orders, has no self service ordering screens. It lets you go through the entire ordering process on the app, until you go to checkout. So you're stuck explaining all your customizations to the cashier. Get with the times, TB.

Enjoyed the combination KFC/Taco Bell. I enjoy KFC and my wife enjoys Taco Bell, this combination allows one stop for everyone to get their favorite. Hope to see more of these. This location was very good with no waiting to place my order and to receive my food. Staff was very friendly and worked with me to modify my order. Food was very good. Everything was hot and had great taste to it. If in the area again, I would eat here again.

Kitchen Floors were littered with food pieces making me question sanitary standards
KFC was out of chicken nuggets and mash potato's removing access to alot of the menu and tacobell was out of crunch wrap tortillas
Store appears to need more serious management to up sanitary standards and manage inventory instead of winging it.
Also manager on duty said he didnt know how to refund our order we made on the app (because they were out of ingredients to make them) so now we have to monitor our credit card account to ensure we actually get refunded...
