My family arrived at 9:59 am (right before this location opens) and some very rude employees were outside smoking and talking and they came over to us when we went into the drive thru and yelled that they're not open. We replied that we were waiting for them to open at 10 am (one minute). They came back around at 10:01 am and yelled that they're still not open and said to come back another time. That is insane for them to talk to us this way. And before you respond and say that the hours are actually later than what's advertised....maybe you should change that.

Food was fresh and accurate. But kfc closed, taco bell with 10 minute beef wait and charged up to sub chicken and steak

We ordered food for four people, and it took roughly half an hour for it to get out and we were some of the only people in there I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and a crunchy taco and my taco had no cheese, no sour cream, no tomatoes, only lettuce and a small bit of beef. My crunch wrap supreme was lackluster to say the lease my friend got a chicken quesadilla that was not cut and in the shape of a burrito with un melted cheese in the middle absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant in my entire life. I would not recommend this for anybody.

Tacos amazing, After a nice beach day this Taco Bell is the nicest and closest place. I did come here with my dad and we were in a rush, it took like 25/30 minutes for my food to be done but any other time it’s very quick and delicious. They never get my order wrong or add other ingredients to my food❤️

Sat in drive thru line to order for 45 minutes, finally got up to the machine to order and asked to hold on and then nothing for 10 long minutes. When I asked how long they needed before I could order I got told “As much time as I need”. Employee was nasty and plain rude. Left and everyone else in the parking lot also left. Guess they closed at 5pm today and stopped taking orders.

I have gone to this taco bell/KFC more times than I could count. Every single time they mess up my order beyond repair. Never just one item either they always mess up every single item in the order. Have tried to give them so many chances thinking it's just a bad day. Sadly haven't had one good experience in the last 5 years. Save yourself money and don't even stop

Here casually waiting for someone to deign to come out?!!!! We came to pick up an order that was placed online and has been paid for. There are literally people inside sitting ignoring us and they just don't want to answer, they don't come out, we start calling and they don't answer the phone, then they just disconnect it. What kind of workers? 7320 S Virginia Dare Trail. Nags Head. They are disrespectful people who do not deserve to be working there, do not waste your time there.
Monday, December 9, 2024. About 9:30 pm We were there for at least 20 minutes, I recorded a video how after 10 minutes they were waiting and calling, even going to the deliveries, they saw us and ignored us. I would have liked to record those people sitting in there too. DISRESPECTFUL.
If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. I was there one hour before closing, and the workers in there locked the doors early and were sitting in the kitchen doing nothing and refused to take orders even if I tried to knock on the door. They saw me but completely ignored me. These people should be fired immediately.
