It was like 3 in the afternoon. I waited 20 minutes in line. No one cared, then the manager showed up. He was on his break time.Never come back again

Went to the store in Tangier Outlets, Nags Head -- Looking to order a smoothie -- the single employee did not even come to the counter to greet the waiting customers. He worked on what I guess were online orders - So I waited 10 minutes to see if the guy would even come to the front counter -- however after watching him bag an order, place it on the counter, and then go to the back to clean up .. I realized this store has no interest in walk-in customers. An ownership change could improve the situation.

Would not recommend to anyone. Our 4 year old son knocked on the bathroom door as the sign indicated. He was yelled at by an employee of tropical smoothie for knocking. Was then told to leave the building without an apology or name of the employee. Will never return to this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Literally took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, another 15 for our basic orders and werent given a lid for the smoothies. We saw about 15 people come in, wait a couple minutes and walk out bc of how abysmal the service time was.

Its not rocket science. Tried to give someone else's order over and told my drink was in the sink. Your manager on duty is not doing her job and is the issue. The old white woman. And you are not sorry if you were you would do something about your terrible service. Even people on snap chat are calling you out!

Had to wait 30+ minutes for our smoothies. Multiple incorrect orders, and when we asked for the wait time the cashier was quite rude (plus didn't actually give us an estimate)

Food was good, but not worth it. Had no signs that the card machine was not working. Messed order up. Didn’t get the sides for our meals. And no one could speak English.

Terrible service! Placed a mobile order waited for 30 minutes without anyone telling us that it was ready.

Service is horrible at this location. Stopped by twice this week only to be turned away because no one wanted to show up to work that day, and the second time we waited in line for 30 minutes before we said forget it and left. So I can't say if the food was good since I never got to try it. Clearly understaffed and poorly managed location. Went down the strip to Bros and had the best chicken sandwich and fries though

Super rude employees. Watched them counting stacks of money in the back of the store for several minutes before they acknowledged me. Then they just pointed at my order. Didn't even the free smoothie which was the only reason I ordered. Never coming back

I’m not a connoisseur of acai bowls by any means, but when I got mine from this location, it was a frozen brick at the bottom of a bowl rather than blended. The fruit on top was frozen as well. Disappointed that it wasn’t fresh.

they are always short staffed, i just got told they weren’t taking orders anymore because they have too many online orders. they take forever to get your drink and food out.
