Wow. We didn’t stay in the area but on the way home, we made a detour to get food from this place. Literally, the best food we had the entire time on the island. We would probably stay in this area next time just so we have access to this place. This food was soul food.

Modern deli, coffee shop, brew pub with incredible food and drink and great selection. Can get super busy on turn days and prices are super high but probably tracks with what most people are used to if coming in on vacation from major metro areas. Friendly staff and kid friendly.

Best coffee around! Delicious options and wonderful atmosphere. Expect to wait a little longer during certain times but their system works efficiently and it’s worth the wait I promise!!

Waveriders has the BEST CHAI on the island and honestly probably the best chai I’ve ever had. We never leave OBX without making at least one stop. The staff is also some of the kindest, most hospitable, and thoughtful people ever!

Ordered the Walkover, the Hank, a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and two blueberry muffins to go. The service was quick and the food was tasty. Cute atmosphere inside, too.

Fantastic breakfast sandwiches!! The Eddie V & Bud were so tasty. Latte was well done as well. Cool atmosphere & great experience!
