My chicken were hard and it taste spoiled. Can't eat it. And potatoes were small with no gravy and it were not good. What going on. It's were 4

At managers' request,I updated my comment. Make sure all customers have HOT FOOD. I wanted a cheddar bo, but they looked like they were there on display for 2 days. I opted for a Cajun filet biscuit combo and wasted my money. I was passing through on my way to Maryland and decided to starve until I got to DC to spend my money where I knew it would not be a waste of time or money. My fries were cold and over seasoned, and I could've used the chicken biscuit as a hockey puck in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Is this clear enough?

Felt as if the air conditioner was on. Had to wear coat to eat. Could have hung a side of beef, without it spoiling.

This Bojangles is one of the worst in our area. For some reason the biscuits never taste the same and for way too many times the sides are not hot. Lukewarm at best. The employees delivering your food at the takeout are never friendly. Would choose this location as a last resort!

I will Not buy anything here again. Spent $56 on a 20 piece tailgate for a group and get home and find 10 wings between 2 boxes. Come on! A 20 piece is 2 8 piece chickens and a 4 piece. I mean do I need to explain how many piece of each need to be in the box? 5 Breasts, 5 wings, 5 thighs, and 5 drumsticks. Your people need to be retrained as to how to count and what goes in orders. If it had not been the fact I would have had to drive another 30 mile round trip I would have taken it back.

I have to say I usually get great food from this location. But I went in yesterday and got biscuits for me and my two children when I got home you should see the cheddar bow biscuit that I got I will be posting a picture with this review I can't believe someone actually wrapped this cheddar Bo biscuit and served it to me I work in the food service if I'm not going to eat it I damn sure ain't going to serve it to someone else I can say when I went back in even though I had to not eat breakfast with my family I had to drive back to the Bojangles to exchange my daughter's biscuit so mine was cold by the time I got back they did exchange it happily but like I said ever who wrapped this biscuit and served it to me should be reprimanded

Well... I don't eat Bojangles very much but this last experience was definitely an experience (to say the least). We went through the drive thru and it was really hard to understand the lady taking the order... I was handed the food before I received my credit card back (which to me is extremely poor drive thru etiquette) so I drove off without my card.... I went inside to go get it... That took a while (but they were busy). When I got back into my car, an elderly lady fell and hit the front bumper with her head. I thought it was very kind that two of the employees helped her get up and into the car. They made sure she was okay. The food was tasty and I ALWAYS love me some of their seasoned fries (well if there is seasoning on them, sometimes that is a hit or miss). OH and this location has the cheddar bo biscuits! So yummy ?
