At managers' request,I updated my comment. Make sure all customers have HOT FOOD. I wanted a cheddar bo, but they looked like they were there on display for 2 days. I opted for a Cajun filet biscuit combo and wasted my money. I was passing through on my way to Maryland and decided to starve until I got to DC to spend my money where I knew it would not be a waste of time or money. Well... I don't eat Bojangles very much but this last experience was definitely an experience (to say the least). We went through the drive thru and it was really hard to understand the lady taking the order... I was handed the food before I received my credit card back (which to me is extremely poor drive thru etiquette) so I drove off without my card.... I went inside to go get it... The Drive thru line was short & steady moving. Cajun Fillet Biscuit was Good, but the Fries were COLD!Parking: Nice location with short walking distance & lots of parking spaces available!
