Half the time you may get a correct order. I don’t want cheese & mustard on my burger and they put cheese & mustard. Even checking with them 3 times at the drive-thru doesn’t help, because they show they don’t care. Speaker system sucks. They talk too fast and take the order too fast. Maybe if they slow down a bit, they’ll get our orders right.
I just visited the Cookout on Reynolda Road, Winston Salem, NC My order was received fresh and quick. I open my box to discover I did not have seasoning on my fries so I asked the young lady (African American with dreads) could I get some seasoning salt (she rolled her eye) she asked for my tray back but I asked could you put it in the packet.
