fantastic cuban flavors were well balanced. Food was hot fresh and delicious love this truck if you can get it i suggest it. Great food!!

I ordered from their truck outside of Seagate Bottle Shop while there for trivia night. I got the brisket sandwich with the pasta salad side, and it was honestly incredible. I believe it was an aioli of some kind that acted as the sauce on the sandwich, which was loaded with meaty (not too fatty) brisket and cheddar cheese. The bread was toasted to perfection as well, to check the texture box. The pasta salad was a flavorful and refreshing side, to change it up from the traditional greasy fries. Also -- they're awesome people and gave their best, honest recommendation on my order.

This food truck was at an event at Waterline Brewing and decided to give it a try . Ordered the Pastrami Bomber ; grilled sourdough, bacon jam, grilled onions, aioli, and gouda. And my side was the potato salad. Also ordered the Wagyu Burger ; 8 ounce burger , lettuce (hold the tomato and cheese) aioli and toasted bun , for the side french fries. We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again.

Great fries. Ordered the cheesesteak in a classic style without the included tomato and lettuce; it was too salty and didn't have enough onion or pepper. The shrimp wrap and artichoke pasta salad were yummy.
