This food truck was at an event at Waterline Brewing and decided to give it a try . Ordered the Pastrami Bomber ; grilled sourdough, bacon jam, grilled onions, aioli, and gouda. And my side was the potato salad. Also ordered the Wagyu Burger ; 8 ounce burger , lettuce (hold the tomato and cheese) aioli and toasted bun , for the side french fries. Great fries. Ordered the cheesesteak in a classic style without the included tomato and lettuce; it was too salty and didn't have enough onion or pepper. The shrimp wrap and artichoke pasta salad were yummy.

I ordered from their truck outside of Seagate Bottle Shop while there for trivia night. I got the brisket sandwich with the pasta salad side, and it was honestly incredible. I believe it was an aioli of some kind that acted as the sauce on the sandwich, which was loaded with meaty (not too fatty) brisket and cheddar cheese.
