My daughter and I were in New Bern, NC. We'd never been to a Seven Brew but Trent and Ruth listened to what we wanted and made the perfect cold and hot coffees for us. Excellent service and knowledgeable about the products!!

Never heard of a business not accepting $2 bills or a $50.. when your drinks are damn near $8 a piece. Not quite the best staff atmosphere. Glad this isnt my ordinary 7brew, I'd probably change to starbucks.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. The two employees working here on 10/13/2025 at 12:30pm who look like teenagers, gave my daughter cow milk and tried to convince her that it was almond milk even after she went back to tell them that she couldn’t have cow milk due to being allergic, they proceeded to gaslight her and tell her that the cow milk was almond milk, they refused to remake the drink with almond milk. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY.

I would rate zero stars if I could. They got rats in the attic one fell from the ceiling when I was ordering also flies everywhere swarming the coffee machines. Coffee was mediocre and overpriced would not come here again. Poor workers looked miserable too management should be ashamed.

Great coffee if you know what you want ahead of time. A bit challenging for a first time visitor as the young staff expected me to know their (difficult to find) menu.
Once ordered the coffee was amazing so I had no qualms about a return visit.

New Bern 7Brew is a daily thing. Nothing like a refreshing strawberry, kiwi, and mango energy after a long day, the staff is friendly and Ariel ( blonde girl with glasses) you need 5 stars, you always make the few minute wait enjoyable with your kindness
