I’ve had some of the best steaks from this restaurant, but tonight was the worst steak I’ve ever had not only was it disgusting and it’s hard to describe how bad it was. It’s a stake. It’s not that hard but I ordered a 6 ounce and I know the steak shrinks, but I have never in my life Had a steak so small it was the size of one chicken, tender, and not a big chicken tender. I’ve had a chicken tender that was bigger than the steak I ate tonight. One to save it so much but I did say like my goodness man this is the smallest snake I’ve ever seen and Of course the waiter just said oh sorry about that. I didn’t really say too much but it was very disappointing to spend $45.55 if you count the tip. For steak that was made for a toddler.

Bourbon st steak was fantastic. The salad was already all cut up, no need to cut up those chunks of lettuce or tomato that you get at other places.

I had the Oriental Chicken salad and it was very delicious. The waiter was very helpful. We had a good time there. I was able to take my drink with me and I really appreciated being able to do that.

Upon being seated, we were met with our waitress yelling to another coworker about an unknown dispute. Then when she finally came to our table, right from the start the communication was very weird. She came up to our table and just stared at us, didn’t ask us anything, like she expected us to start speaking first. We then waited 30 minutes to just get our drinks while we watched the bartender waiting tables himself and messing with the tv remotes trying to change the channels. Mind you, there were maybe 6 tables in the entire restaurant. IT WAS NIT BUSY AT ALL. Then another 15 minutes for our appetizers to come out. Then, 2 minutes after she set our apps down, she brought our entrees out. This is when the food issues began. I got the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp dinner, the chicken and onions and five shrimp were hot and the mashed potatoes right next to it on the same sizzling dish were cold and the side of green beans I got we’re also cold and mushy. My husband ordered the classic combo in which the spinach artichoke dip came out somehow bland and mostly cold even though the cheese was melted on top, make that make sense. He had ordered The bacon ranch chicken sandwich and was instead given a chicken sandwich with no ranch or bacon, just a giant glob of hot mayonnaise in the middle of the chicken, which made him sick to his stomach after eating because it was a warm mayo on top of hot chicken that we had no idea how long it had be sitting at the window. Between the wait times, the food quality, and everything else, the waitress came to us four times about 10 to 15 minutes apart and was almost standoffish. Then, when we explained to the waitress what was wrong with our food, she didn’t offer to replace the messed up food orders, she just offered to comp the over $70 bill by $20. She also told us that this was not the first time the kitchen had messed up food orders. Great to hear as a customer. We will never be back, this was a huge disappointment. Do better.

Monday 24 Nov, slow night for Applebee's. Bartender and appetizers ok. Ordered meal after appetizers. 45 minutes later, kitchen staff asked Mabel, if my wife's wrap was chrispy or broiled chicken. food arrived about 10 minutes after that. My fries were cold and was provided fresh by Bartender. overall worst experience Ive ever had at an Applebee's. It'll be a long time before we return if at all.

43.00 for 2 burgers and fries and 2 sweet teas. Little on high side. Good food, fries could have been more crunchy and hot.

Place is dirty,looking run down.seen and employee pick up a rug and throw it over top of handrail behind a customer, I noticed and so did the customer. Girl stepped on trash in floor ,looked down and just left it. Employees don't seen to have pride in their job,also seen an employee scold another employee in front of customers. After tonight's experience we will be taking a break from here.

Came here on 10/31/25 and was told that we needed to go somewhere else and the staff couldn’t tell up why, it was about 15 people that was told that. Why are you all turning people away???
