Don’t usually do this, but I like to give credit where credit is due. Whoever worked tonight at this Arby’s was on point. I ordered in the drive thru and from service, to the wraps and sandwiches, to the fries… Everything was perfect. Perfectly cooked, perfectly wrapped, perfectly made. I’ve been to this Arby’s a few times in the past, kind of subpar before especially with slapping the sandwiches together, but not with the staff now. The sandwiches and wraps looked like they came right out of the commercial. Keep it up.

A Little off the Top
7/29 Just went and got the new steak and cheese, it was so nasty. It was nothing nut mush. It was so runny with whatever they use on it, the meat was like it had been put in a blender, no peppers or onions could be seen and literally it was all falling out of bread inside the paper. Too lazy to even cut it in half. That was not a steak and cheese

Keep in mind, it’s fast food. But these are some of the best fast food workers out here. I’m here often and though I’ve had a couple of bad experiences, this team does a good job offering great customer service more often than not. And that’s appreciated.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the Arby’s in New Bern. Not only did I get the end piece of bread for my sandwich, which totally ruins the whole texture and flavor, but they also forgot my roast beef slider altogether. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it made right. I’ve always had high expectations for Arby’s, but this time it really fell short.
