Uber eats I ordered 2 roast beef N cheddar sandwiches one a meal with a coke.
I get this...😠no drink, no sauce, not roast beef N cheddar. It's not hard at all my goodness
And to the lady who actually ordered this meal you dodged a bullet 🤨 look at this dry mess....just a lack of care. Imagine you go out to eat and someone sits some mess like this in front of you and tell you it's $21 +
Please hire people who not only need a job but will take pride in the work afterwards

The food was fine and the employees are good and conscientious. The problem was how cold the dining area was. Frigid. Wearing my coat it was still too cold to eat comfortably. Drive thru would be the way to go here .

When did yall.start serving thick sliced roast beef? I'm not happy Ok. It happened again. And this time it's grisly and on a potatoes roll. What's going on. This place used to be reliable and consistent with the "shaved" beef.

We had just gotten to New Bern after a flight with multiple delays and we were starving. It was 10pm and we were so excited to see an Arby's and realize that they were open! The woman who took our order was so kind and very patient with us (five of us, including a wavering 6 year old). This same woman also rang us up and prepared a lot of, if not all of, our order. We were only at the window for a few minutes and then our food was out. It was hot, delicious, and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. I wish I knew the woman's name who was so wonderful to us because she deserves a shout out.
The drinks they serve have barely any ice. They need to be supplied with more ice for their machine or a better machine. The food is delicious. The service is neither good nor bad.

For some reason the drive through speaker/mic/sensor wasn't working, after a few minutes of waiting with no response at the drive through we had to go inside. Once inside the employees were friendly and the food was good
This is the 3rd time we've had food quality issues since the remodel. No one seems to care about the food quality. I ordered Roast Beef Slider that was all soggy and meat just thrown on it. Poppers I ordered were Luke warm at best. Wife got a 4 piece nuggets & Crinkle Cut fries. She only got 3 nuggets and her fries weren't even warm. The cost of the food isn't even worth it. Better off finding another location to eat.
