Poor customer service. Jasmine (cashier) and another front line worker (young white girl) were not knowledgeable of the menu or the food packaging process. The Fish N Cheddar tasted like an elementary school frozen patty, nothing to it! The dining room benches are broken and the tables were dirty. Will not be returning.

There service sucks and guy taking orders hollers at u and don't listen I never go back again and I never give them a good review called the manager and she was rude too and didn't care about there customers poor management also making excuses for guy at window that doesn't need a job but needs a education and how to treat customers and general public

After I ordered, I waited over 20 minutes. I finally went back up to the counter and asked about my food, and they had forgotten and not even started my order.

I had the food Uber’d to me and I didn’t get half the stuff that I ordered! And some of my order was wrong! Definitely not ordering here again. If you do order here please be sure to go to the place and make sure you have all your stuff! Seems like the workers have gotten lazy.

Horrible visit I will be contacting corporate. Old man which now I know was the manager had the most nastiest attitude. I came there tonight around 10:49pm I guess he was mad because they were about to close. He came to the window didn’t even greet me just told me my total. He shove my drink in my hand and it fell in to my lap. He does not need to work in the fast food business and he needs to be fired. Horrible customer service. All I wanted was a fish sandwich instead left with a refund because of his nasty outrageous attitude. He was also cussing with that raspy voice.

Got the 4 roast beef for $10 Deal. Usually great. This time, strangely enough, that thin sliced beef was not cooked. I can't imagine how that would happen. Anyway, they hit the trash.

Went through drive through,I ordered the Ruben. When I got home and started to eat, there was meat on one side of sandwich and none on the other.

Served raw meat. When I spoke with them about it they made my sandwich over. Then served me more raw meat. I said something again they made me another sandwhich, and the manager and employees ran their about me talking about how I didn't want the meat cuz it was red. Well I'm sorry but it was raw. What disrespect. I will never go to the new bern Arby's again.
