“I read the reviews before we went. I must say they were not favorable. A pal asked me to come do open mic comedy so I went with low expectations. I can not complain about a single thing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was served in a timely manor. The floor was not sticky. I will definitely be going there every Sunday for stand-up open mic at 8pm.“

“Just had issues with free tire air machine, while outside, I called the store. Don, Manager, answered the phone immediately, asked “Are you still out there? I’ll be right there.” Surprisingly he came out within 1 min, introduced himself, instructed how to flip nozzle on tire stem, testing the machine. He trouble shot the issue and reassured me he be placing a work order to fix the machine. I would give him 10 stars! In comparison, Harris Teeter across street from Royal, machine works 1/2 the time and is charging for air now from customers (use to be free) who likely like myself just fueled up, spent $70 in gas , but now you want me to pay for AIR. I will be switching my fuel business and airing my tires free at Royal Farms, across the hwy and still on my way home. It’s the principle of the matter that counts. Good job Royal Farms for hiring an excellent employee, Don!“
