Waited almost a full hour for chicken Alfredo, and the food comes out cold. Server barely spoke to me, took 10ish minutes to get me a second beer, offered to reheat the chicken Alfredo but I don't understand how it can come out cold unless they let it sit for a while.

I have eating at Sara's since she opened. He menu is one of the largest if not the largest menu in
New Bern. everything I have ever eaten at Sara's is delicious. The meatballs are large and delicious, and I love the marinara sauce. Service is always good with a smile. and I don't know of another restaurant that earned 100% from the NC Health Department.

Sara's is a great spot! Affordable with some awesome food. Small, hole in the wall joint with friendly staff. Decent value on the food. Never really had a problem. It is a small place with limited staffing. So do not expect lightening fast service. But, fair enough, the food is always good, and it generally takes around 45 minutes for lunch.
Had the cheese steak sub. I spent 15 years on the east coast and worked in Philly for 5 of those years. Sorry but nothing compares to a true Philly cheesesteak.

We just moved to the area and are so excited to find such a great little restaurant so close to us! The food was phenomenal!! We ordered the Pizza Sub and the Baked Spaghetti with Meatballs. Oh! My! Word! It was so good!!

The best Pizza in New Bern and the service is great. Reminds me of pizza I use to have back in New York when I was young. Recently I believe the cheese or sauce uses to make the pizza has changed, and the pizza now taste different.
