Surprisingly great! Mall foods scare me off usually, but the pizza here is delicious, NY style, and reasonably priced. The staff is always very friendly, too.

12/5/24, My husbands birthday and he asked for your Supreme pizza (his fave) for his b’day dinner……. Very disappointing…., ordered a Supreme (Lrg), paid the price for a Supreme (Lrg), even asked the lady when I was handed the box; “Is this a Supreme (Lrg)”…., ‘Yes, ma’am’, she said. I get it home,30 min away…..and I have a Lrg CHEESE pizza. …..and, nobody at Big Apple will answer the phone!

I have try so many different pizza .. this pizza take me back to NYC it's taste great.. love it.. the cashier was not really helpful 😕 she look like she didn't want to deal with us I even saw her roll her eyes on a other customer she did not let me know they will be right out with my order or nothing.. so her service is poor. But other then that everything good.

The owners wife is RUDE. I’ve seen some other reviews mentioning the same thing so I’d imagine she might want to clean up her attitude before she should work with the public.

Wish I can give a 0000 Stars.Nothing like NYC pizza Yuck!! The owners are not welcoming at all very rude especially the wife. I’ll spend my money else where.
