My cheddar stuff had no cheddar and they put the bacon my husband asked for on his burger was put an mine. My burger was shaped like a flying saucer, thick in the middle and was way over cooked. My husband got the Mac attack with Mac and cheese BITES. It had Mac and cheese plopped on it not bites. Not impressed. It was not busy at all and it took 45 or moreto get a burger!

There's an imaginary dress code. Yeah ok. You can afford to turn people away in this economy. So do yourself a favor and go to literally any of the other places in new bern. They'll treat you better.

When is the best time to be able to get wings?
I have been to this establishment twice in the last month and both times there is no wings. Also waited 15 mins at the bar before anyone even came to ask if I wanted anything.

I'm going to try to summarize the worst experience I've ever had eating out. We waited about 20 min till we flagged someone down to bring menus. There were four of us, we put in our drink order, when those arrived finally, we put in our food order. About 30 to 40 minutes later, two out of the four dishes showed up. The woman looked at me and said we're out of alfredo, so I had no food basically. Of the two dishes that did arrive, one was missing french fries and I never even got my salad. The third dish came out another 10 minutes late. The food was also cold. The manager attempted to help me by going out to the kitchen and coming back and slapping a chicken alfredo dish in front of me, which was clearly hacked. It was disgusting. The service and food was horrible and despite all of that they still charged me full price for everything. I had to complain to get the chicken alfredo taken off my bill. In hindsight she should have done a lot more than that! I would love to speak to another manager about this evening if I could. We spent a lot of money on a very terrible experience.

I read the reviews before we went. I must say they were not favorable. A pal asked me to come do open mic comedy so I went with low expectations. I can not complain about a single thing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was served in a timely manor. The floor was not sticky. I will definitely be going there every Sunday for stand-up open mic at 8pm.

Went to a Halloween show and the band was great!! On the RoCks - Raleigh! Would love to see that band again!! They Rocked 🤘🏾

Nothing was done well at this restaurant. Our nacho appetizer was cold, the crabcake blt was mushy and served on white toast. The one cocktail we ordered was beyond small. The pinot grigio wine was the worst I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. All the meals were served at different times with missing items. Overall horrible experience.
