Chicken and waffles are great, the manager recommended having the chicken spun in mild sauce and it was delicious. Breakfast gets a 5 star rating from us!

Good food and great service. Some food items were great and others were a little lack luster. Side salad wasn’t very good. Restaurant was out of many options on the menu at 4:30 pm in the afternoon which was early. My husband was going to order a couple of those items and they were out. Not sure if the building doesn’t have A/C but it was extremely too hot inside. Service was great and they were extremely patient with my young children. Just wish we could have tried all the items we wanted from the menu instead of them being out of several items.

Order: Wrong.
Sent coleslaw instead of rice. Then added fries to the plate. Wife said ok I'll eat but salmon was rare. Took the plate and fries did not return the fries because it was not what she ordered... never got what she ordered. Wanted to charge again for fries. We'd just waited too long.

All food was delivered luke warm, fans on full blast cooled it further.

Ordered the Tuna medium, 1/2 was medium 1/2 medium rare. Did not complain but don't have expectation for food to be correct.

The salmon is ok on the second time.

Took an hour to get a plain cheese burger...probably because staff kept coming out of the kitchen. Finally told our very nice waitress to cancel the burger because everyone at our table were done eating.

Chris was awesome. We had a stressful trip so we stopped in and fell in love with the service and atmosphere. Fun, good food and good prices.

I can't tell you if this place is any good or not. I was directed to seat myself. Which I did. And I watched everyone that entered and sat behind me get served, while I never received a menu, or had a server acknowledge my existence. I will not be back, nor will I recommend any person I know to go.

A great mix of innovation and tradition.

Burgers were good, the inside is very cool, it was a great experience and date night definitely will visit again.

My cheddar stuff had no cheddar and they put the bacon my husband asked for on his burger was put an mine. My burger was shaped like a flying saucer, thick in the middle and was way over cooked. My husband got the Mac attack with Mac and cheese BITES. It had Mac and cheese plopped on it not bites. Not impressed. It was not busy at all and it took 45 or moreto get a burger!

There's an imaginary dress code. Yeah ok. You can afford to turn people away in this economy. So do yourself a favor and go to literally any of the other places in new bern. They'll treat you better.

When is the best time to be able to get wings?
I have been to this establishment twice in the last month and both times there is no wings. Also waited 15 mins at the bar before anyone even came to ask if I wanted anything.

I'm going to try to summarize the worst experience I've ever had eating out. We waited about 20 min till we flagged someone down to bring menus. There were four of us, we put in our drink order, when those arrived finally, we put in our food order. About 30 to 40 minutes later, two out of the four dishes showed up. The woman looked at me and said we're out of alfredo, so I had no food basically. Of the two dishes that did arrive, one was missing french fries and I never even got my salad. The third dish came out another 10 minutes late. The food was also cold. The manager attempted to help me by going out to the kitchen and coming back and slapping a chicken alfredo dish in front of me, which was clearly hacked. It was disgusting. The service and food was horrible and despite all of that they still charged me full price for everything. I had to complain to get the chicken alfredo taken off my bill. In hindsight she should have done a lot more than that! I would love to speak to another manager about this evening if I could. We spent a lot of money on a very terrible experience.
