I read the reviews before we went. I must say they were not favorable. A pal asked me to come do open mic comedy so I went with low expectations. I can not complain about a single thing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was served in a timely manor. The floor was not sticky. I will definitely be going there every Sunday for stand-up open mic at 8pm.

The burger was amazing. Great atmosphere and our waitress was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Service was fast. Any negative reviews here are from Karen's.

Really cool atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, clean bathrooms and dining area, it's like eating in a pirate ship! I had some reservations about it when I first walked in but I am SO glad I tried this place. The Smokehouse burger was absolutely delicious! Burger was seasoned to perfection and that sauce on there tasted absolutely AMAZING! The gator bites were just as good, hot fresh and crispy! On our next trip to New Bern we WILL be back!! Thank you for a wonderful...
