Only ordered 4 things and you screwed up 2 of them! No biscuit in the dinner!! Wow who forgets to put the damn biscuit in? And asked for 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet tea because sweet tea is too sweet but do you think they could do it NOPE not on your life! That's why they are working at bojangles - incapable of following simple request or completing the meal as it should be ..... check EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!

The NASTIEST little girl working in there with reddish blonde cornrows. I came in as I had to wait at the white line to receive my order. About 10 minutes later someone brings me my meal but no beverage. I go in and wait in line and the girl with cornrows yells out to someone else go help that lady over there with a bag in her hand I aint got time for all of that. Like are you serious? You have no idea WHO I AM or WHAT PART I PLAY IN THE FRANCHISE OF THIS RESTAURANT...then she was still running off at the mouth when someone came to assist me I literally only needed a cup for my drink that YOU forgot.

It’s pretty good, cleanliness is ok but drive through is rough. Check your bag/box everytime. I’ve lost a lot of money over time driving off missing items. Especially if you order anything extra : like if you order the 4 piece supreme with an extra tender or two they will charge about 5$ more and 80% of the time it’s missing. You actually will get less than a typical 4 piece consistently. I pay 52 cents most times for extra sauce to for no reason.

It never fails. EVERY time I go to Bojangles I have an issue. Whether my food isn't right or the employee at the windows is rude. I asked for a soft biscuit and seems like it was the oldest biscuit smh

We went to this Bojangles at 5:00 on a Friday they were out of chicken. We ordered tenders. Still had to wait 10 minutes. They charged us for sauces that we did not get. They got our sides wrong The Pepsi machines were out of syrup and the soda tasted like nasty water. Should I keep going?

I have eaten at this specific Bojangles many times throughout my life, especially in the past two years and I have never in my life been to more inconsistent location the only thing they do consistently is make bad food it’s ether undercooked, overcooked or not seasoned at all I feel like half the employees don’t give a shit and the final product represents that, I don’t know if this is a corporate location or a franchised location but whoever runs it please read this take investigating this location seriously it just keeps getting worse everyday and something has to change
