I have eaten at this specific Bojangles many times throughout my life, especially in the past two years and I have never in my life been to more inconsistent location the only thing they do consistently is make bad food it’s ether undercooked, overcooked or not seasoned at all I feel like half the employees don’t give a shit and the final product represents that, I don’t know if this is a corporate location or a franchised location but whoever runs it please read this take investigating this location seriously it just keeps getting worse everyday and something has to change

Ordered a 8pc chicken box, opened it up when I got home to 6 not 8 pieces of chicken, & then to top it off it looks like 5 & 1/2 pieces of chicken because this piece was either half eaten or half to begin with & you guys thought it was a great idea to serve it anyways. Never coming back again.

We went through the drive thru this morning and the ordering experience was literally the worst I have ever had at any establishment and I’m saying that as a previous Yankee. Even if you cannot hear an order there’s no excuse to belittle the customer. We tried to order the Pepsi zero and called it Pepsi max, which is apparently a crime. The woman who was taking our order was not kind in stating the types of Pepsi they had after saying “Pepsi and ranch?” 3 times to us when we tried to fix ourselves. Then, on the second meal she couldn’t hear the sides so my husband just tried to repeat the entire order for her and she interrupted and said “sir I didn’t ask you for the whole order I just asked for the sides” in the RUDEST tone. He even told her he was sorry she was having a bad day but she didn’t have to act like that. She ignored his statement and repeated the order. We got to the window and asked who was taking the orders to the young man and he looked mortified. He pointed to the woman who is also apparently the MANAGER! We asked to speak with her and she ignored us and all she said without looking was “have a nice day sir.” What a coward. The poor kid at the window gave us her first name since she wouldn’t and we left trying not to make his day worse. Jamie, we hope you have a better day and thanks for the ranch we didn’t ask for anyway!

Add a couple bacon egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast. The coffee was OK and hot. Taste was OK. The flavor of the biscuit was excellent and it was cooked perfection. The insides of the breakfast sandwich were put together very slowly, like they were just thrown together, that was the most disappointing thing. For sides, I got the grits and they were good. Taste of the sandwich was excellent even though it was messy to eat. Inside of the restaurant was clean, the staff workers were friendly and helpful.

I can see why now. And they keep the phone lines busy so you can't call to speak with management about wrong orders...so basically they stealing money (serving undone over/undercooked food)

This is my second time in less than a week. First time it was 9pm I come to the drive thru place order and was told to pull up (one car already pulled in a parking space waiting) no other cars in drive thru only mine...waited from time on my receipt 9:02pm until 9:27pm for 4 piece supreme dinner combo. Only 3 other vehicles came after I placed my order and they left quickly idk if they got food.

Today, I go with my nephew to get some lunch and look at this dry shyt ?

For real... management letting this go?

I don't complain even if my order not correct but not edible ? that's different

Long line. Employee would help one person then leave to the back to get on their phone. Nobody was wearing gloves. Watched an employee drop tongs on the floor, pick them up and use them to put chicken in someone’s box like it was natural. The spoons for food were in the food and no one would wear gloves taking them out to serve customers. Floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a century. Horrible customer service. Was given my food and was told “I guess this is correct?” Very bad experience over all. Make sure to look inside restaurants before you go running to this “great drive thru”

Naturally the food is always good here thank you for that and 99% of the time the attitudes from employees or top notch very good. However today on Sunday October 27th at 9:07 a.m. I have come through to drive in window and I got a attitude from the young lady running the window. I did not get her name but the manager's name that I talked to on the phone was jamie. She is also attitude maybe attitude is the wrong word but when I voice my problems you her which was when I paid the young lady I said thank you she said sure that's it no thank you the only thing she said was sure and she said that with an attitude sitting here eating my food thinking about that experience I now remember where I have seen her before. I have seen her at the drive-in running that window at Burger King just down the road on neuse boulevard apparently she probably got fired for her attitude there I don't think she should get fired believe it or not she needs to be retrained in my opinion also the manager should be retrained because her response to me was well sir I'm sorry you feel that way she said that twice in a row wrong response a much better response in my opinion as being a customer hence the word customer should have been Walther I deeply apologize for her and her attitude I will remove her from the window and at some point we will give her new training to train her on the proper way to treat customers so if you could do some retraining on certain individuals I would advise that in today's world it's hard to keep a business up and running and it's hard to fin it's not that hard
