Paid for my order in drive through and had to pull up as I was informed after I paid they do not have any chicken for the sandwiches ready …. Making this review as I am still waiting outside and about 10 cars have passed through behind me … I think they forgot I’m out here waiting. Never have anything ready and this is the second time I’ve came this week and have had to pull up and wait longer than 10 minutes. The first time after waiting parts of my order were forgotten along with the extra sauce they charged me for.

Everytime I come to order a chicken box for my family they always say they are out of chicken. I’m not coming to some burger joint ordering chicken what do you mean you’re out practically the only thing on your menu at 3:00 in the afternoon. I think your staff is just lazy and I will not be returning.

All the employees are always super professional. Its the kind of service that comes from examples at the top down. So I’m very impressed with Maria and the other managers. This is the most service oriented restaurant I’ve ever visited. I’m describing the store in New Bern on MLk Blvd.

The past two times I’ve been by there, and this is around 5:00 PM. They don’t have any chicken to serve. Each time they encourage me to leave because the wait will be too long. I tried to call to speak with a manager and I was put on hold and never spoke with them. I’m really not the kind of person to complain like this but this place is just terrible. Just some friendly advice try to avoid this place.
Total disaster. The district manager or someone needs to get in here and fix this store. No food, no sides and 35 minutes waiting. The staff is walking around and im not sure they are even doing anything.

I waited over an hour for food and never got it. The people in front of me waited over an hour and they never got there as either. When I finally ask for a refund the manager got real ugly about it started cussing and said I couldn't come back. Her excuse was they were busy. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life
