I was in this BJ the other day while visiting my brother in NB. And order 2 chicken biscuits. Took them home ,gave one to my brother and we begin eating them,now I love BJ biscuits they are the perfect biscuit in my opinion, but what the hell,are ya'll skimping on the recipe now! It was the worst biscuit I ever ate,tasted like you were working on a 2 ingredient biscuit doughy & tasteless,what happen to that buttery,flaky perfect biscuit. Well I want be going there again.

Paid for my order in drive through and had to pull up as I was informed after I paid they do not have any chicken for the sandwiches ready …. Making this review as I am still waiting outside and about 10 cars have passed through behind me … I think they forgot I’m out here waiting. Never have anything ready and this is the second time I’ve came this week and have had to pull up and wait longer than 10 minutes. The first time after waiting parts of my order were forgotten along with the extra sauce they charged me for.

Everytime I come to order a chicken box for my family they always say they are out of chicken. I’m not coming to some burger joint ordering chicken what do you mean you’re out practically the only thing on your menu at 3:00 in the afternoon. I think your staff is just lazy and I will not be returning.

All the employees are always super professional. Its the kind of service that comes from examples at the top down. So I’m very impressed with Maria and the other managers. This is the most service oriented restaurant I’ve ever visited. I’m describing the store in New Bern on MLk Blvd.
