One of best spots for a cup of coffee and cinnamon rolls, croissants and donuts. The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is so relaxing with background music from the 50s and 60s.

You can tell that this place really cares about what they put out- beer was excellent, unique and the food just the same. The local art for sale is a plus, and the super friendly staff an absolute bonus. As an out of towner from the northeast (with many Pamlico and Carteret County roots) it was nice to find a brewery not overly commercialized and overrun with people. 99 felt personable and fresh- don’t loose that charm! Great little venue. Nice beer selection. The marzen and the agave wheat were excellent. Also has a bakery. Got a cheesy bacon scone, peach muffin and a cinnamon roll. The scone and muffin were awesome. The cinnamon roll had a little too much icing

Today while in town I ventured to try some new beers. I ordered a flight. Krystal was so welcoming and nice. Since I’m still finding my way in the craft world, she was patient and helpful while I was deciding. She even offered to take a picture of me with my flight to send to my brother who is a craft expert! Not to mention that EVERY person who walked in was greeted and treated like they were regulars, even if it may have been thier first time there (like myself) a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service is rare these days. Here is one place you will find both! I will definitely be back!

Excellent beers and even better staff! Kirsten and Danielle were working while I was there and they were very personable and attentive to customers. Oh, and the pepperoni rolls were delicious! This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in New Bern!

Not focusing on their brews at this review, instead highlighting as a great one to hang out for teleworkers and digital nomads. Lost power early morning and I searched for other places aside from my usual spots. Passed them and their sign said baked goods, coffee, soup and sandwiches. Sauntered over and confirmed they have wifi and proceeded to order blueberry cheese scones and coffee. They wee delish!
Ended up taking the beer pretzels home for snack and will definitely be back

Enjoyed coffee and pastry this morning. Met a couple of friends with guitars and jammed on the outside deck for a couple of hours. These folks were very accommodating and invited us back. Friendly local place. May have to stop by for a beer.
