Excellent beer, amazing baked goods (pepperoni rolls, cinnamon rolls and the muffins - all tasty and baked on site), great environment and the friendliest staff makes Brewery 99 my favourite small business in the New Bern area. I go here to work in the mornings with my laptop to get a coffee and a muffin, and I come back at night with my wife for our date nights to get a beer or some food when they have food trucks outside. Highly recommended.

The best brewery and place to hang out. Period. They are open all day for breakfast and coffee (muffins, cinnamon rolls). In the afternoon they make the BEST pepperoni rolls. The beer is amazing, the staff is even better. If you look them up on Facebook you can see the scheduled food trucks.

We have a great time at Brewery 99, every single time! We have gone on Sunday morning, as a family of 11, and enjoyed fresh robust coffee, flavorful muffins and out of this world cinnamon buns! The staff at B99 are amazing human beings! Will be our spot for years to come! Alyssa is our lady!

Enjoyed the pepperoni rolls and 3 fantastic beers here. Great location, super dog and family friendly, and we loved the open concept and the atmosphere. Pete is amazing—very friendly and welcoming. This is one of the breweries we have visited where the beers are true to the advertised style. The cask IPA was one of the best beers we’ve tasted, and it was great to see a cask beer and hand pump in the US. Pretty decent wine selection also for the non-beer drinkers! Bakery products are delicious!!!! Can’t wait to return next time we visit New Bern!

An awesome, cozy, chill neighborhood spot to kick back and enjoy some great beer and yummy baked goods….if there’s any left! Brewery mascot doggie Barley is Thee sweetest host <3 Pete the Baker/Brewer is pretty cool too ;p We came not long after the blueberry muffins came out and they are deeelicious. Not too sweet and doesn’t taste like a cupcake with a few tiny frozen blueberries speckled in. These are healthier but also tasty with tons of Fresh blueberries baked in. I love the real mugs you can drink coffee from too! Lots of cute family-style dining tables to sit at while you look at cool art or outside through the gorgeous giant bay windows.

Tried the homemade cinnamon roll this morning along with a cup of coffee. The cinnamon roll is a yeast based dough, so a little more dense, but very tasty and the icing was just right. This morning they had challenges with their coffee bean supplier so store bought coffee was served. I'll definitely go back and try the coffee and another cinnamon roll.

I had to visit the 99th licensed Microbrewery in NC. Nothing extraordinary about this one though. They had about 15 taps. Ample seating but little in the way of parking to accommodate their capacity. Big Es Hot Dog truck was good too.
