I like the service. Dude name Matt puts in effort and work hard. Food can be a bit okay sometimes taking longer than expected and come out not good but so far hasn’t happen too often. I enjoy the place

Arrived around 9:30p, no one greeted us. We eventually sat ourselves at a clean table being that most of the tables were filthy. There was hardly anyone in there but everyone seemed super busy. The food wasn’t bad and our waitress was actually really sweet and attentive.

I placed an order online for some chicken wings when I got off work at 230 pm. Hoping they would be ready by the time I got there. I walked in and waited for some to come help me. The young lady asked how she could help and I told her I was there for a pickup order. I gave her my name and what i ordered. She looked and said that that ordered has already been picked up and asked was I sure someone didn't come pic the order. I wouldn't be there if someone was going to pickup the order. She check with the kitchen and they confirmed the order was made. She then told me that the order was picked up and there was nothing else she could do. I asked don't you verify orders and she said of course they do. So I was about to the point of speaking with manager and a lady came in and said she got the wrong order and that she had already started eating the fries 🍟 and I told her she could have the fries. The order was indeed mine and that proves that the order wasn't confirmed and the and the employees lie and do not try and make their mistakes right. Very disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings in New Bern. I'll have to start doing business with the one in morehead city.

The food was great but the service was terrible shelby treated me bad and was always late when i asked for things overall bad stay never going to that location

I would give negative stars if I could. This place is filthy. You walk in and you just feel disgusted. It looks like grimy old grease covers everything. The bathroom even worse. Paper towel dispenser not working. Toilet seat looks like dirt is just covering it. Smell like wet hot dog in there. Nasty. Took my money else where. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it has opened. Front patio totally nasty.

Went in for lunch. Arrived at 12:45. The server was very nice and informed us that it will be an extra wait because she just put in an order for a party of 10 people. We agreed to wait.

I had no idea a party of 10 could derail a kitchen for over an hour. We waited so long, my Apple Watch had to remind me to stand.

To add insult to this, a family of four came in about 40 minutes after us and received food before us.

At one point, I had to visit the men’s room. It stinks of stale urine.

And Buffalo Wild Wings, before you tell me to complete your online survey, don’t bother. I have already done it. I know it will not change anything.

I will never visit any Buffalo Wild Wings again.

My wife got a burger from them the paper was still on the cheese hopefully it was the paper for the burger

I don't normally do this but this caught me on a bad day. One of these wings is particularly absurd but they were all pretty small. This six-piece with a small fry was like $12 for the smallest chicken nugget I've ever seen. Coming off a hard day at work and seeing this is so disappointing.

Got there at 11:50 hardly anyone in there took about 10 mins to order food...place got busy people came in 10 ,15 mins after us even 20 mins all had there food! Couldn't find our waitress..she came over an said you need anything I said yes our food would be nice since everyone around us had theirs...went to check never came back for another 10 mins or more then brought food with no apology no explanation..so who screwd up..she forgot to out order in?? Did they lose ticket in kitchen..really feel she should have said something...have not eaten there in 6 years now know why

I don't want to seem harsh with this one because our server was sweet and the food was decent (though we had a lack of sauce on some boneless wings and some of the boneless wings were just tiny pieces of breading) we were at this restaurant for about 2 hours, much of that time was waiting for our food. We were warned they were understaffed but it didn't appear that they were super busy. I'm not sure I'd ever recommend going here if you are with a large group. Much of the staff seemed very discouraged. Maybe this place would do better under different management/or a new leadership style.
