I don't want to seem harsh with this one because our server was sweet and the food was decent (though we had a lack of sauce on some boneless wings and some of the boneless wings were just tiny pieces of breading) we were at this restaurant for about 2 hours, much of that time was waiting for our food. We were warned they were understaffed but it didn't appear that they were super busy. I'm not sure I'd ever recommend going here if you are with a large group. Much of the staff seemed very discouraged. Maybe this place would do better under different management/or a new leadership style.

I am a delivery driver and often go here and am always waiting 10-15 minutes to pick up orders. If you can find the hostess the Hostess never gives times estimates and normally just disappears until the food is ready.

We came in around 6pm. Our servers name was Jordan, it took over 30 minutes just to get our order taken. She forgot to ring in one of our orders so, we had to wait another 15 minutes.

I dined at Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday, January 3rd, around 7:00 PM. Surprisingly, the restaurant was quite empty for a Friday night, and we were seated immediately. However, it took an unexpectedly long time for a server to greet us. I eventually had to flag down the hostess, who promptly alerted the bartender.
The bartender kindly took our order, but it became apparent that the restaurant was understaffed. I observed only three servers for the entire establishment, including the bartender. This resulted in a noticeable decline in service quality.
While the food was decent, the overall atmosphere was disappointing due to the lack of staff and the resulting slow service. I understand that the bartender was likely overworked, and I did not let my frustration affect her service.

To-Go orders: expect to wait to pick up your order. And then check your orders, even if you confirm what’s in the bag. Woman at the pick up area dropped about 10 ranches into the bag, 6 of them opened and spilled in the bag. We were also missing part of the order.

I do not know why I keep giving this place another chance. It has disappointed me for the last time tonight. Walked in and 70% of the seating capacity was EMPTY. We were told 25 minute wait. Ok fine. so we were waiting when they came back and said the kitchen was so far backed up the wait was a minimum of 45 munutes and the kitchen said no more orders. It was Thursday night!! Expecting to watch the game tonight and cant imagine how the kitchen staff got into such a predicament with such a low customer turn out. We werent the only ones leaving upset, either. This place deserves 0 stars. We're good. We'll permanently scratch this place off our list of options. We will never be back.

I went to the New Bern Buffalo Wild Wings at the mall last night to get some takeout about 5:30. It was my first time there. No one was at the greeting area, a group was seated, the rest of the restaurant was empty and some staff were walking around. No one ever greeted me after about 5 minutes. A family came in after me and were waiting as well. I left shortly after.
Someone needs to take a look at their customer service policies and training. Businesses are funded by paying consumers. If you go into an eatery and there is no customer service..
We will take my funds elsewhere!

Food wasn’t terrible I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing they weren’t super fresh but reasonably hot the fries however were underwhelming the server was extremely nice

Last night went to BWW in New Bern. Two hours to get basic meal, multiple excuses from staff about how they were short staff, strange thing is, I went outside out of frustration during the significant wait-1.5 hours to be served apps and drinks, like cokes and tea, and saw 5 staff members smoking vapes and having a jolly time outside. I would not recommend this place at this time due to significant challenges they are facing with their staff.

Buffalo Wild Wings New Bern. I can handle the absurdly long wait for food or drinks, and even the food being wrong and all 8 people not being served at the same time. Whatever. Everyone has bad nights. I was annoyed by the time we got to the check being wrong, 2 hours after we got there, but still polite. I'm really not an easy customer to upset. What finally got me was the fact that I pointed to, read off the page, and requested the non alcoholic passion fruit "no"jito. Which I was served, and drank. And then upon pointing out the price discrepancy, I was informed "no, you got the pineapple mojito. It was alcohol. You can literally taste it. You should have specifically asked me for the non alcoholic drink." As the server continues to argue with me.... Exfreakingcuse me, I did. And sorry but no, most people can't pick up the taste of rum in a drink like that. So cool, you served alcohol to someone without their knowledge. And then you we're an asshole about it. And stormed away cussing us out, and threw the checks back into the table after picking them up to check your tip amount. Thankfully we were there waiting on our food for 2 hours so the alcohol didn't prevent me from riding my motorcycle home, but that could have been bad. Not just for me necessarily, but for someone else who tried to enjoy the non alcoholic drink menu because they cannot safely drink. And glad I only had one, not that we would have been able to get another, since we had to chase down someone to get the drinks we had. I think this is the first time I've ever left zero tip at a restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: Don't trust the non alcoholic drink menu, and be ready to wait an hour for a water.

Ordered two party platters online for game day. Was sent order confirmation & credit card charged (including online tip)….now regret that choice. When I arrived, the woman behind the counter was less than helpful. Just said she needed to get her manager. He arrived & blamed the system, said never received order. I get technology glitches happen but no apology for inconvenience or thank you for patience from either employee while I waited for them to fill order. Definitely lacking Customer Service vibe. Could be why it was so empty inside on a Saturday game day.

I was here last week ,I had 4 drinks ,Ashley was awesome ,today had 2 because the bartender was awful, so I spent half as much ,Kia, get a different job.
