Poor service the wait is way to long I never see a host and the servers are terrible and rude you can tell the resturant is dirty and not well taken care of including the bathrooms their are much better places to go apparently this one has been on the health inspectors radar for awhile also can only imagine the hygiene of the kitchen

This is the worst bdubs location I’ve ever been to period. I’ve been to several and know a district manager personally. Do better. Also, the wings at Michael’s pub and patio are cheaper and better.

Foods decent, but I shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes past my pickup time for an order of ten bbq wings when it's not busy. Person up front was an angel idk what's up with the cooks

Every visit starts the same way: no host in sight and a long 5–10 minute wait just to be greeted. When we dine in, the service is incredibly slow — you can expect to be here at least an hour and a half. Overall, this BWW has been the most unreliable location I’ve been to, and it’s honestly just frustrating at this pint. And is aggravating that the waiter was so rude and awful! Her attitude when we didnt want to wait any longer when she never came check on us once. Became super defensive when we said we waited a while ( FOR CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES) WHICH TOOK A HOUR

Waited over 15 minutes for a table. I’m a server and a host at a well known restaurant. I have never had a worse experience than this, I wish I got it on camera. Y'all sure did though. Over 4 servers or host made eye contact with me plus seen all of the sea of people waiting. Ignored every single one of us, at some point a sever I do know the name of hailey. Has waited on me before and I remember her because she has the same name as me. Ignored an older black man who was simply waiting for an order. She proceeded to check out her table. He said excuse me over 5x she didn’t say a single word and just stared turned around and walked away. We then finally got seated by a person who didn’t even wait for us to follow to be seated. She then sat us at a table where a server was literally picking things off the floor and just walked away. So as a server I knew how my date night would go so I got up from the table and still I had the decency to still stand up there to let them know I was leaving and she just looked at me and shook her head okay.

Terrible wait times with hosts that leave the stand for 20 minutes at a time and rack up a 20+ person line. And I’m a repeat customer who is no longer a repeat Customer because this happens every single time.

What an absolute joke. I went to not one, but TWO different Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and both managed to serve up the same disaster: ridiculously long wait times followed by cold, unappetizing food. How hard is it to get wings out hot and on time when that’s literally your entire business? Instead of “Buffalo Wild Wings,” it should be called “Buffalo Cold Disappointment.” I wasted my time, my gas, and my money — never again.

This is THE worst BWW location that I have been to and it has been for the past 4 years. Everytime I come here, there is no host to greet you and you will stand and wait 5-10 minutes for someone to greet you and see what you need. Mobile orders are never ready, they are usually missing something. When we dine in, the service is SLOW. Be prepared to be here minimum 1.5 hour. Just disappointed.

Very good food! Lina was an awesome server and she kept checking in on us constantly! We love Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!
