Food and atmosphere would be N/A and I did not receive any food and went through the drive-thru.
Was there twice this week and drove off both times. The first time I was told “to hold on a quick sec” after the recorded voice told me to proceed with my order. I left after two minutes. Words matter, if you had asked for me to hold on a few minutes, I would have waited.
Tonight I drove through with only one person waiting for their food in their car at the front of the store. After being asked to place my order by the recorded voice, I did so. After 10 seconds of silence, a human voice told me to go ahead with my order. I advised I already did. They asked what it was? I drove away.
Customer service there has always been hit or miss, but more frequently “miss” recently. Curious that they’re the only fast food burger place in James City, but rarely busy and always slow.

They did not have enough people to run the store and I want at lunch both line wrapped around the building and people just getting fed up and leaving left and right it might have been good if the could have kept up with amount of people

The walls are rotting through and there is what looks to be water damage in the tiles above. There are outlets throughout all the damage that I hope are turned off so it doesn't cause a fire

It was nice to have food fast and fresh from a Burger King. Most fast food places you get one or the other. Fast, with food that’s been sitting, or fresh with food that took forever to make. Restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly.
