Went in to place an order through the App, but wanted to make sure the hash browns were cooked fresh. After waiting for a long time 🙄 I guess they were short on help. I told the cashier I'll be placing the order, but want the hash brown cooked fresh. Melissa replied " oh gawd" like W.T.H. 🤷🏾♀️ I thought it was Burger King " Have it your way" so I told her nevermind, get a manager in order to figure out how to get my money back. Melissa replied " what ever bro" & left the counter area. The manager Crystal came up & had initially got me to place my order, with the understanding Melissa would not be involved. Crystal told me they didn't have any biscuits 😮💨 so I ended up with nothing since I don't like croissants. I did however after a call to the district manager Rebecca & an email to the main office receive a refund. 🤦🏾♀️ It was the worse service that I have ever seen & I think the other customers that were waiting would agree. We all were trying to figure out if Melissa & her nasty attitude with her lack luster service was being filmed for a prank show.

Ordered 2 whoppers, 2 fries ,two drinks, got plain whoppers with nothing on them, not even cheese, fries were cold. $27 wasted. I will never go here again

If I could rate this place, it would be zero stars! The drive through had long line so went to dine in, waited patiently try for 10 mins standing there and no one even acknowledged that I was waiting g to order there. The older lady seemed to have an attitude and was pacing around mad. I just walked out… Don’t recommend this BK.

EDIT 2024 This location Burger King has improved since my last review. They seem to have the drive thru working good. Unfortunately, the food is less than warm and for that reason, I'm sticking to a 3 star review. Luckily, I don't live very far from them so I just put it in my microwave to heat it up.
EDIT 2022 Sometimes the employees let you sit at the ordering speaker and never tell you they've closed early or aren't taking orders anymore at night. They've gotten better so I'm raising the review to 3 stars.

yall seriously yell at people for calling and saying they have a complaint? can’t even imagine how yall treat customers in store.
This place is wild. They took my order completely wrong. She tried to charge me for something else entirely. She had given me a price of $25 at the speaker and jacked it up almost $4 when I got to the window. I asked her about it and she said she charged me for something else but she changed it and that's why it was more. She then gave me my order and it was missing a small drink. When I told her things that were missing she told me she didn't ring me up for that. But that's what I ordered. She asked me for a receipt and I told her she never gave me one. Meanwhile I don't have time for this... I am late, they don't care, they are not going to make this right. So I ask to talk to manager- she look like may have been on drugs or something.. she looked so zonked and out of it. Barely knew what was going on. She told me "she made a mistake" and I said "she made two, but yes, now i feel I should get my drink now so I can be on my way" so she told the lady "just make the drink" like thank you!! Then I get the drink back and she slammed window. Both women were extremely rude. People should have to have some level of education before working in food, period.. because this the result. Burger King do better!!! I know it's cheap fast food but come on, do better!!

Food was OK, how ever the place is dirty , floor looked like it had not been swept for days. Tables dirty , counters dirty , the service is slow. Staff all seemed mad at the world.

Worse burger King ever. The employee Betty was mean and rude,I asked for a side and she told me "you do know that comes with fries." She tries arguing with me to not get it. Lady I want what I tell you. Then I ordered the frozen pink lemonade and she handed me the fountain drink cup I asked her why when I'm getting the frozen drink she looked at me like I was stupid and glared at me when I was sitting my table. I never got my frozen drink and told the manager who was dealing with another one of her errors, but I never got my drink or a refund. She should get fired for not doing her job right or get transferred to being a janitor she clearly can not work as a cashier.
