I order my food at the drive thru which took 30 minutes to get the food and it was not that busy to take that long. Also people behind me were leaving for having to wait so long.I ordered a whopper Jr. which was a kids meal hamburger and was cold and you can tell it had been sitting there for a long time. I ordered onion rings ,which I didn't get. I tryed to order chocolate milkshake and was told the machine was down at 7 pm. Also ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, which both were cold. The only thing good and warm was the apple pies I did get those. For $21.00 i was not happy and will not be back. I do hope you help this burger king restaurant or you might not have one open on Glenn Bernie road.

Went in to place an order through the App, but wanted to make sure the hash browns were cooked fresh. After waiting for a long time 🙄 I guess they were short on help. I told the cashier I'll be placing the order, but want the hash brown cooked fresh. Melissa replied " oh gawd" like W.T.H. 🤷🏾♀️ I thought it was Burger King " Have it your way" so I told her nevermind, get a manager in order to figure out how to get my money back. Melissa replied " what ever bro" & left the counter area. The manager Crystal came up & had initially got me to place my order, with the understanding Melissa would not be involved. Crystal told me they didn't have any biscuits 😮💨 so I ended up with nothing since I don't like croissants. I did however after a call to the district manager Rebecca & an email to the main office receive a refund. 🤦🏾♀️ It was the worse service that I have ever seen & I think the other customers that were waiting would agree. We all were trying to figure out if Melissa & her nasty attitude with her lack luster service was being filmed for a prank show.
Ordered 2 whoppers, 2 fries ,two drinks, got plain whoppers with nothing on them, not even cheese, fries were cold. $27 wasted. I will never go here again

The drive through had long line so went to dine in, waited patiently try for 10 mins standing there and no one even acknowledged that I was waiting g to order there. The older lady seemed to have an attitude and was pacing around mad. I just walked out… Don’t recommend this BK.

EDIT 2024 This location Burger King has improved since my last review. They seem to have the drive thru working good. Unfortunately, the food is less than warm and for that reason, I'm sticking to a 3 star review. Luckily, I don't live very far from them so I just put it in my microwave to heat it up.
EDIT 2022 Sometimes the employees let you sit at the ordering speaker and never tell you they've closed early or aren't taking orders anymore at night. They've gotten better so I'm raising the review to 3 stars.
