I would just like to say that my son and I have been coming here 4 to 5 times a month for the last 3 months after discovering how delicious their shrimp are. We've just about had a different server everytime and it's always been an enjoyable experience and delicious meal.

We had a wonderful experience. Our waiter was 10/10! We ordered the grilled lemon pepper salmon w/ 2 sides and everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. Already planning to come back soon!

We have been spending a lot of money eating at Carolina Grill over the years and last year we went in for a late lunch. They only had a few customers in there but after being seated and then waiting 20 minutes of no waitress or anything, we got up and left. No one even questioned us walking out the door. So, because we had liked their food, we started just doing pick up. Well tonight was it! I spent $100 on food and the guy that took my order wrote down the incorrect car and our food sat there forever. My son finally went in and saw our food sitting there with BLK Chevy, written on receipt and we don't even own a Chevy, we were in a red jeep with a black hard top. When I ordered I told him 3 times what kind of vehicle we'd be in. I called the manger when the $100, worth of food was barely luke warm, the steak was ordered medium but instead of medium it was well ( I assume from sitting there) and the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. The manger was very rude and wouldn't barely let me speak blaming it on us. Ridiculous! When he tried to blame us again I told him he was making me mad and I didn't want to speak to him anymore and he hung up on me. Never once offered an apology. I called back and asked who owns Carolina Grill and the guy told me his manger said he could not give out that information. So, I will never spend another $1 there and my daughter who orders and picks up 2, sometimes 3 times a week, will never spend another $1 there and I will make sure everyone I know, knows how very rude and unwilling to offer an apology or offer to correct their mistakes to keep their customers. Oh, and I was not asking for anything, was just trying initially to provide feedback on our food and services. Obviously no one cares in that place. Way to may places to eat to put up with those miserable people. Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone that appreciates it!

I ordered fried mushrooms and they gave me fried okra. The steak was so thin and had so much fat on it. Their brown gravy was watery. The burger my fiance got was super dry. The Mac and cheese was dry. If I could give 0 stars I would, it was my first time eating here since we just moved here and i definitely will not be going back. It was a waste of $45 ðŸ«

Food was very average, the au just sauce had no flavor for the French Dip and the roast beef was tough. The cornbread and cabbage was good. Our server Sean was awesome. He anticipated every need before we asked. He made the whole experience better. Thank you Sean (Shawn not sure how you spell it, but you were awesome)!

My parents Love it. We drive a hour, once a month to eat!!! Great food!!!
We were able to be seated quickly, it’s Thanksgiving & they’re busy but they all r working together to make sure every customer is taking care of & the food is fabulous, the staff is friendly. They hold the door for you coming in & going out. Laura was our waitress & she was great, checked on us & made sure we were happy. Prices were great, country cooking.

Our meal today was excellent. Donna was so kind and helpful the whole time we were there.
My smothered chicken plate with broccoli and fries was excellent, and my friends fried osyster and shrimp plate was fantastic too.
It's definitely one of the best local places in New Bern.
On our last visit, we arrived shortly after 11am with a large party, were greeted cordially, seated promptly, and our server was incredible.

I NORMALLY ENJOY CAROLINA GRILL BUT LATELY ITS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED I GOT OYSTER AND SCALLOP AND GOT 4 OYSTERS 4 SCALLOPS I'VE ORDER IN THE PASS MANY OF TIMES IT WAS ALOT BETTER AND SEEMS THEY MORE WORRY ABT GETTING TIPS THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS GOING THERE ALEAST 7 OR 8 TIMES A MONTH I WILL BE GIVING IT A REST FOR A WHILE I HOPE THEY GET THINGS TOGETHER I REALLY LIKED THEM ,,, DEE POWELL
