This has to be the worse meal I've ever eaten from any chic file.
Chicken strips where over cooked and just tasted horrible, fries where old and it still cost me $7 for a kids meal.

Also, they spent the time and money to build a new parking lot and building, but they still funnel the two drive thru lines into one and run out of seating at lunch.

I swear this is the slowest ChickFilA drive thru I’ve ever been in. It’s consistently a 15+min wait and it doesn’t seem to matter the time of day. Today, it was almost 25min of us sitting in the line. So do not go to this location if you’re looking to grab a quick lunch or have hangry kids with you.

The good: New location looked nice and there was plenty of parking. The negative: Upon entry there was a long line and only 1 register operating with an unhappy associate. While standing for several minutes in line and with direct view of the kitchen entrance there was visible trash and the floor was covered with water from a mound of ice left melting into a drain. Employees were walking through the water and making a trail out into the customer area. The food was delivered to our table promptly, however the chicken sandwich tasted soggy and was too chewy. The 8 piece nugget was 5 small nuggets and about 8 large crumbs of chicken. When leaving, the trash can was so full my tray could not be emptied. I told an employee the can was full and she said ok and walked off. I pressed the trash down with my hand and emptied my tray.
Final thoughts: Nice new building but the food, service and cleanliness were all sub standard.

Food is decent as always but very disappointed they did not add a indoor playground like the old building had. That's one of the main reasons we take our children there, not anymore. Great job Chickfila for ruining the kids experience.

It is important for them to monitor their employees to ensure compliance with healthy food regulations. I just witnessed one of the employees preparing fries; she scratched her head and then continued to touch the fries without wearing gloves. Thankfully, the girl who prepared our fries at the drive-thru was wearing gloves.

The Chicken Cobb salad is gross. Little tiny pieces of chicken with alot of fried breading. Don't get it!
Quality has gone down here, dirty throughout store. Need to keep up on cleaning and Quality if going to be this busy. Won't be going back.

Went through the app for curb service no one brought food out had to go get it no notification it was even ready on app when I went in it filthy tables were dirty floor dirty had second thoughts on even getting my order with the pace being dirty and I didn't even get acknowledged when I picked up my order very disappointed in the New Bern nc Chick -fil-A I will say food good chicken excellent fries good sorry couldn't be better just one lady's opinion

This place hasn’t me been the same for the last few months ever since new management. Employee got dressed in dining area very inappropriate. Food took 30 minutes for a take out order. This afternoon staff is not good and not even busy.
