What an incredible restaurant! I never go to New Bern without having a meal at Cypress Hall. The food is top-notch, the environment is so welcoming, and the staff is very kind. Kayla is a fantastic waitress who will take care of your table so well. Chef Daniel is a mastermind in that kitchen and your food will be more delicious than you can imagine. Highly recommend.

Way overpriced and trying to act too upscale. They are hesitant to seat anyone without a reservation even when it's empty. We came in at 5:30 as a party of 3 and we're told "we have a seat for you but the table is reserved at 7pm" like who says that to their customers? Put us at a different table then. Drinks are extremely overpriced. Had strange experiences that dont happen at any other restaurants with seating both times we've been with a small party of 3 or less.

My absolute FAVORITE place to eat in New Bern, and honestly my 2nd favorite restaurant of all time. From the ambiance, to the drinks and food, and top it off with amazing friendly service. Milly’s drinks and personality are top tier and I felt like I made a new friend when I left. I will never hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone, even to the customers at my own restaurant. 10000/10 I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! You’re doing yourself a disservice if you eat anywhere else in New Bern!

There's almost always a wait but it's worth it. Check out the brisket burger and "frites," which are really just french fries but they're very good.I think the key to the brisket burger is bacon jam that they put on there. I've never gotten anything else one of going to this place because why I mess with a good thing?Asked them on my visit tonight about the bacon jam. They make it in house, but they will sell me some so I'm probably going to go back before I leave town and get some. Hopefully the TSA won't flag of as dangerous.

5 Star service and food. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend Cyress Hall. The Catch and Fra Diavolo was amazing! I couldn't pick one, so we ordered both, and we were right! I started with the Spicy Mezcalita drink....5 star and end the meal with an Expresso Martini. We sat upstairs so we could see everything. The service from the staff is one to be recognized. They did everything top-notch.
