Delivered the wrong order to my house and I gave it back to Driver. Driver left with the wrong order and didn't bother to tell me how he was going to fix the problem. Called the store and got hung up on 3 times. No apology at all and still waiting on an update on my original order. How hard is to deliver the correct order on a Wednesday night. No offer at all to discount the price or refund me for now waiting at least 60 plus minutes for them to fix their mistake. Not sure how this location even keeps their Dominos franchise.

Placed an order at 4:25 pm online. Email confirmation states 35-45 minute delivery time. After 45 min tried tracking and it stated at quality check. Called store at 525 pm and was told it had not even left the store yet. I understand if you are short handed but this should be communicated in some way. Food was finally delivered at 6:05 pm.Driver was more apologetic that the man at the store.

Not sure the name of the manager but she runs a tight ship. She's awesome, keeps the team motivated, and even deals with crazy customers who come in complaining about the wait with absolute decorum. Plus, I'm pretty sure she dressed up as Link on Halloween so that makes her even cooler. Thank you for a great experience!
I put in a online order at 9:07 with a estimated wait time of 7-17 minuets for carside delivery. I sat outside of this location for 25 minuets. Through the window it looked like the workers were just talking or cleaning and, not making orders. When I went inside to find out what the wait time is the guy had my order ready as if it had been sitting their a while. This has happened the last three times I've come to this location.

Not a gourmet meal, but a great option if you want a meal providing a quick pick up that is also tasty,. Order it in your app (way to find a good coupons) and it is generally ready in 11 minutes or less. I can track progress on my app so I know it is ready when I get there. Order is in the warming oven where I can pick it up with no waiting for staff. Picked up last night - a Friday - and staff was hustling. Of course, they also do a delivery service. Have to mention that their Cheesy Bread is amazingly delicious. We all love it. And we do like the New York style crust. Never soggy.

So this place sucks. My order was literally ready and I was completely ignored when I walked in to pay one day. Someone walking in after me was served first. Another day I didn’t receive a third of my items and when I called to request it, it took them a half hour to bring it. The fact that it was a drink and didn’t even need to be prepared makes this all worse. I am five mins away from the location.
