Domino's Pizza

I got the best pizza I've ever eaten from there today!!!! It was great and had the best cheese pull! Big appreciation for my driver Tony as well he was on point and called to let me know he was on the way! Yall better get you some!

Order two pizzas and parm bites for $24 dollars the delivery person came without change. And was going to take my entire $30! But when I asked where my change was she said oh you want change! Yes but then had to take it out of her own wallet! WHY? I called up to the store and got treated like I was stupid because I was furious that they didn't come with change!

We have always consistently had a great experience from this location. Our food is delivered incredibly fast and is always still hot when it reaches us.

We have consistently had great pizza of every kind from this Domino’s. I seriously don’t understand the not 5 star across. We have ordered from them almost weekly for two years. Their pizzas of all types are excellent, crust whether crispy or garlic original is delicious. The brownie bites are gooey and good. Parmesan bread bites are awesome. Salads are good but not a lot to those but it’s not a salad bar so you do get decent portion. Service by driver is always friendly and quick to arrive. My only suggestion is for management to consider adding a cauliflower crust pizza, then we might order twice a week! To me, it’s the best pizza comparable to any great Italian restaurant.

I picked up my thin crust pizza. The young folks that work here were nice and on the ball. I waited about a minute for my pizza after I got there. Crunchy and delicious.

The Domino’s app sent me to the wrong store that doesn’t deliver to my son’s area. The manager working Sunday afternoon on 10.27.24 was very understanding and helped me solve the problem quickly. Thank you!

Amazing customer service at this specific location on mlk Blvd in New Bern nc. It's my 2nd time having trouble (my fault both times;I ordered online and made a mistake) They took care of it immediately, no questions asked. I prefer this location over the one on Neuse Blvd (I've been there once ) Even though I live 3 minutes away from the one on Neuse I rather drive 10 minutes to this location because of their customer service. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
