Everything was great! My server Amber was amazing and went above and beyond *she deserves a raise* <3 Food was 10/10 My margaritas were both amazing!

We we seated immediately greeted by our server. We was asked about what we'd like to eat as we got our chips (chips were very hard) and dip. When i tried to ask for cheese dip we wasn't asked what size. Thinking they only severed small cause we wasn't given a option. When we ordered our food. My husband ordered acp with chicken and shrimp
I ordered acp with chicken and steak. They both was sloppy plated and cold. When we sent them back and got new plates of our food. They was drowning in the sauce rice was mushy. Husband said his chicken was rubbery. Neither of us finished our plates. Topping off i told the server we use the cheese dip to put on our rice she said im sorry ill bring you one for the inconvenience i won't charge you. She still charged me. After being already extremely disappointed. I paid our bill and just left. Wont go back at all

Yesterday was the first time I sat down to eat there. The restaurant is beautiful.I loved the atmosphere. The food was not so good. I ordered the taco salad and it was watery and blind. The lettuce tasted like it was about to go bad. I had one slice of tomato. They didn't even take the time to dice it. The best thing I had was the chips salsa and water. Our waitress was nice but not attentive. Long wait time when it wasn't even busy. I have had food here before and it was delicious.I don't know exactly what has happened to this place but it has gone down. I would like to give it another try one day in the future.

First time at the Cerro Grande since the name change from Don Pablos and it did not disappoint! Best mojara i’ve had in a while. We even got lucky with live mariachi band. Must visit if you’re in town!

Service suck went to bar area and went for a drink and waited 10 mins for them to realize that I haven’t been served. Also would not recommend margaritas taste like ice and juice!!!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. The wait times were outrageous. We had to find the waitress to be seated. Then waited 20 mins to order on top of that no drink menu was given. She was not attentive at all idk how she makes tips. Restaurant was dead af and i see why now. When we finally got a drink we finished it and wanted another but she never came so we sobered up. I would have bought 2 -3 more but oh well i guess they didnt want my money.If you see this Restaurant and want to try it stay away.
