Y’all suck I come here everyday not by choice but by how close yall are to my job… yall are rude as all hell!! Every single morning I come my coffee is never ready and my order gets put in 20+ mins from arrival!! Also not to mention I PAY for my add ons and which I’m not receiving them… yall need to have a whole new crew come in here cause they don’t pay action to the order details I appreciate yall taking my money and not giving me what I ask for… I shouldn’t have to pull back or come inside for you to fix my coffee… 10/10 worst dunkin and I’ve only been in the area 3 weeks….

Several times, they didn't have the egg white omelet bites. When I ordered it another time, I was given the omlet with bacon bits. And how can an establishment not have plastic forks? How can people eat an omelet with a knife? Few employees should work on customer service skills; be friendly, nice, kind, and smile. 😁

Possibly one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. You open at 6am but have only 10% of the donuts out at 7am. Then I ask the worker behind the counter how long until the rest of the donuts come out and she says with the most I don’t really care voices “ I don’t know “ How do you allow people like this to represent you and your business like this? Dunkin use to be the best place to go for coffee and donuts but sadly those days have come and gone. It’s after 7am now and I’m seeing 15-20 % of the donuts are out. I left

I go to a lot of Dunkins due to always traveling for work, all over NC. This one was top notch. Really fresh bagel. My order was done perfectly. Nice updated coffee lid on iced coffee! Friendly service. Love Dunkin!
Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order while watching many customers come in and out with the orders they just made at the counter. The man who I believe was responsible for getting me my drinks (pink hair) had my hot drink sitting for the whole 20 minutes and neglected to pair it was a simple black iced coffee. I watched him complain for 20 minutes and drink a Dr. Pepper right behind the counter, while the female co-worker worked double time behind him. The employee with the pink hair should probably be spoken to. He brought down the entire team on a Saturday morning who was working hard around him. It was sad to see.

Employees have no get up and go. Avoid eye contact with you and still do nothing to fix your order that they messed up in the first place. I would ask for money back but I didn’t want to waste another hour of my life there and get nowhere.

Drive thru window is filthy now. What happened? Took 10 min to get hot coffee. Was left on drive thru counter for 5 min before I could get it. Price for xlarge is with sr. dist.is now from 2.58 to 2.87! Why the hold up people walking back and forth??
