I’m only giving this review because I won’t be back to this location.
On multiple occasions they’ve not had a flavor, blocked online ordering, or just out of my favorite lactose free option. But there’s usually a substitute that won’t demolish my stomach or a flavor that I enjoy or an “oh well, we’ll go to the one over here instead”
But today the ladies working took me OUT when they said “we have it we just don’t got it” when I asked if they had any other option besides skim or whole…ma’am 🙃
I know it’s supposed to be an option, I ORDERED IT but you clearly don’t have ANY in your possession to make my drink before I gotta get to work in 10 minutes therefore you don’t “got it”
Mind you Publix is a hop skip and a jump away for a manager to go purchase some dairy free options. Soooooo I won’t name names cause people have bad days and I was just as sassy when expressing my utter disdain for lazy management.
So, Toodaloo Dunkin on S glenbournie, I’ll be back in 5 months when there’s all new staff and potential.

Most of the younger crew, especially the girls, absolutely the driest.I've ever been around no personality.A chip on their shoulder , like they shouldn't even be there... I Think trying to get a black tea that's what I drink. And they've been out for 2 and a 1/2 weeks now I just left that's what's making me do. This review ordered the TI pull up to the window after waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive through. They have no tea, they tell me so I exchange it to a coffee. I hand them a $20 bill and they said, I'm sorry.We are only accepting cards.No cash today out of the last ten times i've been there nine of them were terrible..... I will spread the word about them as much as I can.It's a terrible establishment between the people in service that i've ever seen

This is probably the worst Dunkin on planet earth… One visit they weren’t open and it was around 8am, I did an online order and it took my payment twice. Another time I came they asked me 4 TIMES what I said (all I said was a cold brew) and I could hear them talking to each other and then they would forget what I said. There was only one person in the drive through besides me. Last, I asked for 5 creams and my drink was so dark.. it’s very unprofessional, very slow, I will pay more to go somewhere else just to not have this experience. If I could give this place -5 stars I would..

This locates losing business because they frequently cut off the ability to place mobile orders.
I'm so tired of this place messing up my orders. The food sucks and so does the coffee. I had some good experiences the first 2 or 3 times then every time after that has been horrible. They usually have an attitude for no reason or just hate being there. I have thoroughly enjoyed my orders in the past, but now it's suddenly an issue? I have put in complaints with the app regarding mobile orders and have attempted to contact management, but something's not right. Don't waste your money here like I have. They need to turn things around already.

The place is very clean, the man in the front with blonde hair is the best worker he gave my donuts very fast and a other worker was super nice 100% best Dunkin experience ever!

We go here every Sunday morning for coffee and usually everything is great. However this morning was not it. We decided to go in instead of drive through to order. Ordered a XL hot coffee and small iced. I didn’t question to price since it was normally around what we pay every Sunday. Well turns out both drinks were incorrect. My xl was a small and is mocha was a macchiato. They made us do a refund and pay the difference for XL which is fine. We got mine and waiting on my husband and they didn’t make his drink, so we asked and they acted like me didn’t pay for that so we showed them the receipt. That’s when I noticed his was wrong. The mocha is 3.29 and a macchiato is 4.49- they didn’t refund us for the extra we paid for this drink and acted like it was a bother to make a drink we paid for. It wouldn’t bother me for not refunding the extra we paid on the macchiato if they didn’t make us a do refund and pay the extra .20 on the hot drink. Was highly disappointed this morning with Dunkin. There were two ladies just standing around while the other was working away. Do better.

Put a drive thru mobile order in before arriving and sat in the drive thru for 57 mins, 45 before even getting to the speaker. All 3 coffees were like warm at best and they didn't even have the glazed donut I ordered. Unacceptable for 9 am. Dunkin on Glenbernie needs to do better.

By far the slowest dunkin I have been to. Every time I have been here it is a crazy wait. I had enough time to do this review after placing my order. They have a small selection of doughnuts and the drinks are inconsistent. Definitely need new management

Just sat in the drive through for 35 minutes and all I got was an ice coffee! 1 car ahead of me like 5 behind me and there was probably 2 customers inside so it’s not like they where super busy inside never going back to this location the one on Neuse is 10x better ..
