My large decaf coffee with 7 splenda and 2 creamers was nasty. It was strong tasting and did not have a coffee taste to it. My husband iced butter pecan coffee, did not taste like butter pecan because it did barely had any pecan swirl flavor in it. When I pay that much for 2 beverages from dunkin, I expect the order to be right and the product good. These 2 beverages failed.

I love the Dunkin on Neuse Blvd. The staff is wonderful and friendly! Daniel, Olivia, Malaysia, and Cam, just to name a few, are great customer service people! They see me coming and they automatically get my order ready!! I love the crew at Dunkin!!

I visit this location almost daily. The staff is very courteous and the coffee and food is usually very good. However, the past week has been an experience, as I had an experience with an older female manager, that gave a coffee 2/3 full and stated “less ice is less product” after asking why it wasn’t full. I will say there’s never been an issue with the coffee being full in the past.
This location has a greta staff, just seems that the management needs a refresher in how to treat the customer, especially one that the staff knows by name.

I have been visiting this Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis for many years. The fact that some of the employees have been there since my first visit is a testament to their dedication and pleasure at serving the public. I can honestly say I have never visited another restaurant that serves such delicious food and beverages on a CONSISTENT basis. Whether ordering in person or ahead on the app, I know my order will be correct and that it will be delicious. In the rare event my order isn't what I expected, they are quick correct it. This morning I placed a very large online order for a large group. The order was ready when they arrived and everything was delicious. I must add that this Dunkin has spoiled my family and me. The search for a comparable Dunkin anywhere else has failed.

First off the manager (a guy working in the am on 10/10) pretty much told me I was lying when I told him I use to get cinnamon sprinkled on my chai tea. I use to go there EVERY MORNING Monday through Friday at 5 am when I worked at the hospital. I started going to 7 brew once I moved and haven’t been to Dunkin in a while. Thought I’d stop by this morning on my way to my doctors appointment, instead had a really nasty experience. Instead of the gentleman telling me they no longer do that, he told me they NEVER did that! So untrue!!!! Maybe not with him but I did! Also; some employees had on dirty tops with animal dander all over it. I will Never patronize this location EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!👎 I also waited 20 minutes for my tea but I cancelled my everything bagels and got a refund

I'm not a general fan of Dunkin donuts as much as I used to be. However this particular branch of Dunkin donuts has changed my mind. The staff are always friendly and sociable and delightful. They always assist me in all of needs when I walk into this restaurant. The selection is always bountiful and plenty. Prices are moderate and fair. I always leave with exactly what I came in there for. Overall come to this branch of Dunkin donuts if you want the best service in the area.

Just coffee today but these people are a team of sunshine & joy on even a rainy day. Their coffee is yummy, flavorful, not too robust, perfect. The shop is very clean & comfortable because of their wonderful, caring personalities. I feel great going in there at 6 AM.

this is the most poorly managed Dunkin' Donuts on the planet. Pulled into the drive-thru at 7:30 a.m. there were six cars in front of me stayed in drive-through till 8:10. Ordered a large hot coffee coffee. Got to the window paid, they tried to hand me two or three different orders and I repeatedly had to request just a large hot coffee that's it. Sat at the window 10 minutes and watched the drive-through orders stack up for the people behind me. A young man-boy comes to the window and says we're working on your order. I repeat, it's just a large hot coffee. He repeats again we're working on it and gives me the excuse that he's got 100 orders. I tell him to just take it one at a time. he says don't tell him how to do his job I remind him somebody needs to tell him how to do his job if it takes longer than 10 minutes to pour a cup of coffee and hand it to a customer. That's how long I waited after I paid at the window.... 10 minutes. And no I did not get my coffee. The tweenie something man-boy had a breakdown at the window and flip me the bird.we exchanged unpleasantries and then I left for Publix to get K cups for my Kerig.
