Of course the drink I ordered on the mobile app was sold out and I could not get cold foam on the replacement drink. When I tried to get a refund the website kept saying there was an issue. The young man inside was nice and helpful but when I finally got corporates number. The lady said it will take 14 business days for my refund. I don’t understand the hype. The 1 other time I tried Dunkin the drink was gross.

I wouldn’t suggest people waste their time stopping here, being that I ordered online and was almost rear ended in the drive thru I bypassed the speaker to have a sarcastic child talk rudely and have the manager come back her up at the window when my initial statement was apologizing. You know what y’all can do with your donuts🤣🤣🤣

Our regular crew in the week is great! Today was horrible! I ordered a large mocha hot coffee extra sugar and the label does not include my request nor was it made to order. I ordered a coffee roll and out of the blue she gave me a apple and spice which I never said. Even in conversation. She was shocked when I asked about the coffee donut and gladly charged me for her error. No apology. Just said she never heard me say it. 10:32 1/20/25

Every time I come here my coffee is made gross and or not mixed at all. Not to mention more expensive than the Dunkin right down the street on Glenburnie. Everything is about a dollar more expensive, which I’ve never been told why when I ask, and the coffee is never good, if you have the ability go to the one on Glenburnie.
