Our regular crew in the week is great! Today was horrible! I ordered a large mocha hot coffee extra sugar and the label does not include my request nor was it made to order. I ordered a coffee roll and out of the blue she gave me a apple and spice which I never said. Even in conversation. She was shocked when I asked about the coffee donut and gladly charged me for her error. No apology. Just said she never heard me say it. 10:32 1/20/25

Every time I come here my coffee is made gross and or not mixed at all. Not to mention more expensive than the Dunkin right down the street on Glenburnie. Everything is about a dollar more expensive, which I’ve never been told why when I ask, and the coffee is never good, if you have the ability go to the one on Glenburnie.

So pretty much what happened was that I ordered a coffee and a donut. First of all the service was EXTREMELY slow and the lady was EXTREMELY grumpy… then when I got to the window FIRST OF ALL, they made us wait EXTREMELY long and once they game me my donut and coffee and we drove away I open my donut box to see THIS( a empty box with crumbs)The lady probably ATE my donut. This made me EXTREMELY furious! THE LADY PROVABLY ATE MY DONUT.

Changed my review.. when this place opened 15 yrs ago it was great. The morning staff sucks! You wait in line for 20 or more minutes for a hot coffee and 6 ct of donuts. Will never come back in the morning

Something needs to be done about the parking and drive-thru situation! If you try and park, you have to squeeze between those waiting in line, which takes forever. Then, to get back out is a nightmare because they have you blocked in until you beep your horn for them to get off their phones to pay attention to traffic in the parking lot.
If there was some kind of attendant outside taking orders and the ones inside could be filling orders, it would make it where line could be held for parking traffic to come and go with ease. Also, have the driveway closest to the drive-thru only go straight, no left hand turns into parking lot and that be entrance for all drive-thru traffic off of Simmons!
Dietary restrictions: Low calorie items needed.
Parking: Just very tricky to get into first thing in the morning!!

This Dunkin is my favorite one in town. I guess because it's so much easier to get in and out of. It's not in a shopping center as well as the employees take pride and compete to be employee of the month. They are all so nice and always start my day with a smile thank you!!
