Terrible attitudes. I stood inside for awhile without being greeted or waited on. I ordered a frozen coffee and didn’t get the whipped cream on top that I always get. The district manager added it for $1.07 after lecturing me on frozen coffee doesn’t automatically come with whipped cream. I just didn’t appreciate the sarcastic tone coming from the district manager.

Lady said she was the general manager couldn’t see her name let alone she had the worst attitude. Ordered coffee how I get it everyday and she said it not Dunkin standard. She’s a snobby old lady and is nowhere near professional. She has a horrible attitude makes me want to never go back to this Dunkin. And me and my crew go here everyday. Sad this lady ruined our Dunkin spot for us.

I placed a mobile order at 7:15 AM, anticipating the usual high volume and aiming to ensure a timely pickup. Upon arrival at 7:25 AM, I entered the drive-thru line and did not reach the service window until 7:45 AM. This 20-minute wait for a pre-ordered meal is unreasonable.
When I finally received my order, both the coffee and sandwich were cold and unappetizing. Furthermore, I was made to wait an additional three minutes while the staff attempted to hand me an incorrect beverage. Upon informing them that my order was incomplete and missing my donuts, I was asked to produce a “ticket,” which I did not have. I proceeded to read off my mobile order details, only to still be presented with the wrong donuts and munchkins.
Throughout this ordeal, there was a noticeable lack of urgency or efficiency. Waiting nearly 30 minutes for a mobile order, only to receive cold food and incorrect items, is unacceptable.

Coffee is great !! For fast food the hash Browns and egg sandwiches are delicious my favorite location is Neuse and hwy 70 both have great food the food and coffee is always Hot!!

Disappointing Experience at Drive-Thru
I’ve given this Dunkin’ location multiple chances, but the service speed and drive-thru experience continue to disappoint. The wait times are consistently long, even during non-peak hours, which makes grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast nearly impossible. It seems like they’re either understaffed or poorly managed because the line barely moves.
The drive-thru design is another major issue. It’s cramped and awkward, causing unnecessary congestion and frustration. Navigating the drive-thru feels more like an obstacle course than a convenient way to pick up your order.
If you’re looking for fast and efficient service, this location falls short. I really hope they address these issues because it’s frustrating to waste so much time for what should be a simple visit.
