Coffee is great !! For fast food the hash Browns and egg sandwiches are delicious my favorite location is Neuse and hwy 70 both have great food the food and coffee is always Hot!!

Disappointing Experience at Drive-Thru
I’ve given this Dunkin’ location multiple chances, but the service speed and drive-thru experience continue to disappoint. The wait times are consistently long, even during non-peak hours, which makes grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast nearly impossible. It seems like they’re either understaffed or poorly managed because the line barely moves.
The drive-thru design is another major issue. It’s cramped and awkward, causing unnecessary congestion and frustration. Navigating the drive-thru feels more like an obstacle course than a convenient way to pick up your order.
If you’re looking for fast and efficient service, this location falls short. I really hope they address these issues because it’s frustrating to waste so much time for what should be a simple visit.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years.. was not happy this morning. As a former employee, there was no urgency behind the counter. Ordered online and stood at the counter waiting for my bagel for over ten minutes.. don’t seem to care too much bout the online orders… seems to be this way here lately

Came this morning to get a small iced caramel latte. The service was slow just to make it. Although it tasted good, I got a cup full of ice and could barely put my straw in the cup. Hardly any drink to enough.

The drive through is a very busy but the service is pretty much always on point.
The mai. Issue is focusing 98% of the staff on drive through alone and leaving 1 person to man the cashier alone.
Having 1 person being the onky once taking orders and doing transaction then having to pack every order will cause a line.
While 6 others are focused solely on drive through orders and only drinks.
Team needed to be evenly mixed to maximize the productivity to ensure fast turn over.

Drive through design at this location was very poorly thought out. Staff is friendly and efficient. However, the consistency of my coffee order varies from bitter one day to just right on another. I suggest having sugar/creamer packets in your vehicle to compensate if you use the drive through unless you only like your coffee black.
I am giving only 2 stars to this dunkin donuts due to getting a cold decaf coffee. When I asked if the coffee could be heated , I was told no. But I could get another cup if I would hand him the sticker off my cup. I did and was handed another cup of cold coffee. I honestly don't know what to say about that kind of service. This young obviously needs to be taught how to make a proper HOT cup of coffee. This DD is usually a great place to get coffee any time of day, but not today.

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin today. I took my cousins through the drive thru to get some donuts and coffee and was met with an exceptionally rude man. After saying I needed 6 donuts he rudely snapped “is that the last thing in your order?” and did not ask me what flavors I wanted. After he gave me my total I pulled forward assuming he would ask for my flavors at the window. After I pulled forward and paid he very rudely again snapped at me “next time be sure to stay at the speaker until we ask for your donuts”. I said okay and was extremely confused. He then was seen through the window mocking me and making faces. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I also could not get a name but he was wearing a mask.
