I work in this area and have always had great interactions with all the employees but today was just ridiculous. I’m assuming I dealt with the same lady that everyone else is referring to in their reviews up here (older white lady Linda) but she was so rude!!!!!! She just seemed like one of those bitter people that fake smile. Spoke to me as if I were a child because I was looking at MY order! The gentlemen at the register showed me where my order was so I went over to grab...

The drive through is a very busy but the service is pretty much always on point.

The mai. Issue is focusing 98% of the staff on drive through alone and leaving 1 person to man the cashier alone.

Having 1 person being the onky once taking orders and doing transaction then having to pack every order will cause a line.

While 6 others are focused solely on drive through orders and only drinks.

Drive through design at this location was very poorly thought out. Staff is friendly and efficient. However, the consistency of my coffee order varies from bitter one day to just right on another. I suggest having sugar/creamer packets in your vehicle to compensate if you use the drive through unless you only like your coffee black.
