My husband got subway today but I didn’t get anything cause I wasn’t feeling it. But listen, we got home and I was like damn I’m craving a meatball sub. So I got a meatball sub, except it was just bread. The meatballs were legit the size of olives. The bread was so large. I’m not a vegetarian, pescatarian, or any of that crap but I can enjoy bread and vegetables and stuff you know. But I think the lack of meat on this thing would’ve made a vegetarian even question it. I’m Italian and can 100% those meatballs were a disgrace to my heritage. I like the pepperoni though.

Worst Firehouse subs I’ve had. Got 3, & all 3 people who ate them said they were the worst they’ve had. The order was completely wrong-some we’re toasted that shouldn’t have been, some were cold that shouldn’t have been, & the toppings were wrong. Was not fresh at all.

Only one other family in there and still was told three times we will be right there. Waited 10 min and left. Almost fell down the entire floor is greasy counters were covered and nasty. last time we went place had a 96 grade now it's a 87. It needs to be closed down before people get sick.

Don't waste your time here. No service, floors are greasy,and the employees have the new infamous " don't give a crap" attitude. Plus their grade has dropped from a 98 to an 87.

I like the food but my order is never right. I just wanted plain chicken and cheese and I spent $30 and instead I get it covered in lettuce and everything else. Why they won't listen I don't know. This is three times now.

Definitely was not happy with the service my wife and I just got today. My wife put in an online order, she didn’t get a single thing on her order right at all. My sandwich which I got a New York melter, wasn’t a bad sandwhich but the quality of it was terrible, it went cold and was soggy but I microwaved it and was more edible but my wife was far more disappointed than I was, we spent extra just to have a disappointing meal….

Went last night to get subs for takeout. My husband wanted their new pizza sub but they said they just ran out of meatballs so he got something else. I ordered an Italian sub and got literal quarter size pieces of tomato and only 2 pieces of that on the sub. We ordered Mac and cheese(very bland) which they forgot so we had to go back inside and turns out the young black lady working didn’t even have it started yet. Took almost 20 minutes to get our order. Wouldn’t go back after this experience.

DO NOT eat here until it is under new management. The woman that was in charge has zero people skills. The hook and ladder was tasteless and freezing cold. She was taking complaint calls from the night before. They’re keeping the AC at 59 degrees. The soda machine was broken likely because she’s either too lazy or too incompetent to fix it or call the company to. What a waste.

Seriously Anna?!?! I said I didn't go to Firehouse, that I was at US Cellular and you apologized to me saying "sorry you didn't meet my expectations"??? When I never walked thru the freaking door? Now I know I NEVER will. Damn! If you can't take the time to this stuff GET A DIFFERENT JOB ~ YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS REALLY SUCK.
