This is the worse firehouse sub we have ever ate at! Our subs were cold and they remade them but still not the hot subs we are use to!

Ordered a French dip and meatball sub. French dip is COLD like refrigator cold. No Au juice WILL NOT BE GOING BACK $25. FOR TWO SUBS COLD AS ICE!

The bathroom because there’s no toilet paper, trash bags or even worst, SOAP. How are your employees washing their hands!!!!! Children sitting in corner of the building during school hours. What is going on here?!
Food is good but all the employees are rude , ignoring customers,cussing at each other, these employees need to be fired, if I come back and get the same attitude I will NEVER come back, jersey mikes is just across the parking lot ant their employees don’t act like that

The Thanksgiving 🦃 sub is great. Even has a side of gravy to dip with. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I chose something different.

I ordered a steak & cheese sub with a cup of potato soup. The sub was literally frozen cold !!! & I asked for the bread to be toasted & it obviously wasn’t 😆. The potato soup had waaaaay too much cheese in it. I just pulled out a big clump of cheese & the soup doesn’t taste like it has potatoes in it at all. Just cheese. The service was okay but food was terrible.
