I usually love our trips to Halftime. Today however, I think maybe that we're having a bad day. Everything we ordered as a party of 4 was not enjoyable. Our server was doing the best they could and I feel if she had adequate support service would have been better, although that does not count for the subpar quality of food that we received from the kitchen. I don't typically leave bad reviews but today was not a good experience. It will be a long time before we return...
Went in at 12:15 pm on a Saturday. Only one waitress waiting the entire dining room. Easily 15+ tables. We ordered food and drinks at same time. Took 15 minutes to get drinks, then 45 minutes to get food. Once our food was delivered our waitress never came back. We had to get up and ask for check and then follow her around to pay. Multiple tables had to do the same. I wish I could say it isn’t like this all the time, but it is. Need more waitressing staff.
We have been going to Half Time for years on Tuesday nights with a large group for their boneless wings. As of recently, apparently they have either changed cooks or supplies as the boneless wings have in my opinion and our groups'; have deteriorated. They now are more like frozen patties with an overbearing bread crumb coating and the Asian Bourbon sauce is not the same. The originals were more like tender chicken strips. They are still tasty, but nowhere near what...
