I was ordered ham .the cashier telling me that is #3.that was not what I want. I add $1 vegetables. Total $11. Just one piece chicken? They make mistakes and no allow to change. Terrible

The staff was super friendly and so very nice. We ordered our dinner and sat down. When the food was ready, they brought it out to us. I had a brown sugar milk tea that was phenomenal and helped cut the heat that I had added into my pho. As we were nearing the end of our dinner, the owner of the shop came out and shared two desserts with us. The desserts were Vietnamese Flan Cakes in the shapes of hearts with jellies on top and layered in a thin sauce of what tasted like vanilla and coffee. I have to say that it was so delicious!!!! They said it was new on the menu, and I hope that they keep it.
This was our second time dining at happy Boba and it definitely will not be our last.

The Happy Boba Cafe is one of my favorite places in New Bern! I lived in a city that had a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and always felt that New Bern was missing a good boba shop and pho options (and of course banh mi!!) and this cafe checks all of my boxes. There are tons of options and the owner and staff are super sweet!

The best Vietnamese coffee and Spring rolls around, I drive religiously from Jacksonville to enjoy their food. The phon is also extremely delicious with an authentic broth.

Food was fresh and delicious. I had the beef and meatball Phò and spring rolls. Definitely going back the for my next Phò fix.
Me and my brother really enjoyed this place. The owners were very nice also. I don't think you could go wrong ordering any of the sandwiches. Ours were great. There is no reason to be eating at Subway when you could be eating here.

This is the only place for Boba in the area, and their drinks are very good. I'm personally not a fan of their food in general, but I don't eat much meat, and the menu is meat heavy. I go there for the drinks and will occasionally get their egg rolls, which are more like traditional spring rolls. I wouldn't eat there if it weren't for the Boba.
