I ordered on line and went to get the food. There was only 2 cooks and 2 servers. Got all my food except for my onion rings. Yes I know I should of checked before o left.

The Chicken Cheese steak was delicious. The tots with cheese hit the spot. The fried pickles and shrimp seemed to be made in the same oil and it needed to be cleaned. Wasn't good at all. So three stars

This location in New Bern was a bit disappointing. The other week I was at the Morehead City store, a new location, food was better. I wanted a Cheesesteak here in New Bern and they said they were out of steak. Ask for cocktail sauce, said they were out of that too.

Went to Hwy 55 on Saturday for lunch; it was the first time in several months since we had been and we remembered why. The restaurant AC wasn’t working so it was hot inside. The restaurant was very dirty; they need to close for a full day and do a deep clean! The sanitation grade is 87. The tables and chairs looked very worn out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was decent. I don’t think we will be going back.

Food was good and the service was acceptable, unfortunately there are times when service is slow due not having enough staff.
