I don’t understand why the rating for this iHop is low. The service and food is always good every time I go. No matter the day or time. No matter who my server is. I know every restaurant and server have their off days, but I’ve never experienced that here, and I’ve been many times.

Came for breakfast, left with front-row seats to Jerry Springer — never again, IHOP.
This was my very first time ever stepping foot in an IHOP — I know, shocking. But I wasn’t there for me. I drove 40 minutes because an elderly lady I know, recently widowed and unable to drive, wanted their breakfast platter. A simple act of kindness turned into a regret-filled field trip.
I walk in, and the person I think was the manager — blue shirt on, glued to a personal phone call — was camped out at the register like it was their living room. After a while, a waitress finally took my order.
Now, the place was slower than molasses at 4:30 pm, yet somehow the lobby looked like it survived a toddler birthday party. Trash on the floor, crumbs everywhere. I could maybe excuse it if it was Sunday brunch chaos, but this was dead hour diner grime.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, an argument between staff erupted and spilled into the lobby. Forget pancakes — I got a free ticket to the Jerry Springer Show. I half-expected someone to throw a syrup bottle like a folding chair.
Will I return? Absolutely not. Between poor management, staff with zero customer service skills, and the overall vibe of “we don’t care,” IHOP has officially lost me after one (painful) visit. Next time, I’ll just make my own pancakes at home for the elderly lady and spare myself the drama.

I asked the waitress 4 times for the butter pecan syrup. She kept saying she will get it for me. I waited to eat the pancakes last thinking she would bring it out eventually. I gave up waiting for it and just ate them without syrup. The table was nasty and the table behind us stayed full of dirty dishes for at least half an hour. The hash browns were so overcooked we could barely chew them. We were done eating and just waiting for the check for about 30 mins. I do not recommend this IHOP!

Had the pleasure of having Kyah as our server. She is very personable and certainly adds to the experience of eating out. We were here maybe 3 weeks ago and today she remembered what both I and my grandson drank. She even warmed my coffee cup so my coffee would stay hotter! Now that is going the extra step. The food was hot and just like we like it. Sometimes the length of time from ordering to getting the food can be a bit long, but not today which might have been our arriving before 9 am on a Saturday.
I had to change my review from over a year ago the only thing great was the service from the waitress. I immediately got sick after leaving the restraunt it had to been something cross contaminated because I was never sick eating here when one particular cook was working I gave it a chance for my kiddos this time. however we won't be back we will stick to bakers kitchen. the portions here have changed as well which for the price isn't fair I Gould have paid less at bakers kitchen for the same type of food an be better quality an portions not to mention I'd never get sick eating there. I noticed the waitresses get micromanaged as well when they were already doing their best on a busy Sunday.

Rude, dramatic greeting at hostess table. Staff loudly complaining about the restaurant in front of customers. Waited 17 minutes and no one approached our table even about drinks. We left.
The host stand had 3 employees at it who could not figure out how to seat guests even though it was not busy. We asked for a high chair, but we were left standing at the table without. The server was pretty standard, nothing exceptional, and not very outgoing. Maybe he wasn't awake for the day yet....

On more than one occasion: dirty all over. Dirty, unclean tables all throughout the restaurant, being sat at still dirty tables and booths and dirty floors. The staff talking amongst themselves so loudly about things patrons shouldn't hear. Wait staff nowhere around when people come in and the higher up staff having to call them to seat people. I'm usually super relaxed and it takes alot to bother me, but this place was a gross circus. I won't ever be back and will recommend against going here.
