I ordered the Utimate porker and it didn't have any bacon on it , it had Salami on which it don't have on it on the menu and they toasted it which they should have asked if I wanted to be to toasted which I didn't. I won't order here again

What happened here. A very regular customer (>1week). Showed up today. Totally different staff and the price increased 20 percent. Previous staff was amazing current crew leaves a lot to be desired. Will need to find a new lunch place. Very sad

The guy who took my walk in order was half asleep. NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE STORE BUT ME. Not a hello, what would you like, have a great day…….nothing. Seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else. I will never order from this store again. PITIFUL SERVICE FROM ALL THREE EMPLOYEES. Seems like someone would have picked up his slack.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE EATEN HERE ITS BAD IN SOME WAY. IT NEVER FAILS. This is the worst Jimmy Johns I've ever eaten at. I'm not sure why it has 4.2 stars, I'm assuming it started off great and was a nice place to eat. I ordered a turkey tom without tomatoes. It didn't have the tomatoes, but it also did not have Mayo on it which it always comes with. There were also onions on the sandwich and this sandwich doesn't even have the option for onions unless you add them. I just don't understand, I do NOT. Unfortunately reviews don't do anything, so they will get away with being horrible at their jobs.....

This Jimmy John's I would not recommend. The turkey on my club sub was slimy and had an off smell to it; lettuce wasn't fresh and even the roll wasn't fresh. I didn't even get a response from Jimmy John's corporate when I wrote them about my terrible tasting experience. When I called store about the sub, I bought they didn't offer to replace it.
I realize that you can’t always expect to get what you see, but this is just insulting. Are you calling me stupid or blind? Cause it’s def one of the two. Too top it off, when I came in upset, instead of trying to calm me down and make me happy, you instantly jumped to a defensive position and told me why I was wrong. THAT IS NOT HOW RUN A BUSINESS!!!!! If you are the owner and tell me that you are proud of turning out sandwiches that look like this, you should evaluate your position as an investor in the food industry.
Next time have some humility, even if the customer IS wrong.

Don't ever order her they got my order all mixed up and try to say that it was right when I know what I ordered then my soda spills because the deliver decided to put it right in front of my door I called them they couldn't even get me a refund and they where an hour late and when my mom called the caller said they made it well guess what you made it wrong lady and they wanted to hang up on her twice and wanted to be rude and disrespectful like no especially when we spent $30 we might not get back DONT EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
