8-25-25 Hubby and I came in for lunch, and decided to get a bucket of chicken to take home for dinner tonight as well. All the employees and manager was friendly and great . We will eat here again.

KFC Neuse Blvd has really stepped. Up on there game y'all I've ordered twice now and both times everything was on point cooked to perfection 😜 I'm so happy because I always enjoyed their chicken more than others I'm not a spicy fan. But for a few years I had few minor incidents . I'm glad I gave them another chance new look to y'all and food to go with . I myself have worked in restaurants kitchen for the last 6 years so I know the hard work and sweat it takes you are all appreciated

Went to drive thru order was told it would be 3 min for fries pulled around to wait . Sat and waited 20 min, finally went inside asked for my order, they said what order and then after looking at my receipt said we are working on it. Got my order a few mins after and was missing biscuits, fries, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. So upsetting, there was nobody there for them to have taken so long then forget everything.

Parking: Parking along side entrance door and a front parking lot as well. Drive thru available as well.

All right. This is after I've had another experience here where we waited for an hour and they forgot us. Manager was apologetic then. Today we went again. Our mistake. We tried to order the 8-piece special bucket and was told that they didn't have any chicken. He said he could make some but it would take a while. So we asked if they had enough to do the two $4.99 piece meals. Two of them. Which would mean four pieces of chicken. He said no. We don't have enough chicken for that either. So I asked do they sell chicken there? He said yes. So we are at Bojangles now getting our chicken. By the way, we're pretty sure that he's related to the guy that just tried to take her order at KFC. They both sound like they're high and have marbles in their mouths. SMH
