Went to KFC in New Bern on September 20th 2025 after 10:30 and it was not open 😑 very upset, called and asked why was it not open, young man said he was the only one there! Time to get reliable employees

My 20 piece hot wing was so nasty & hard we could barely eat them. Instead of throwing away the old hard wings they put a few fresher ones on top of the ones that were hard as a brick & gave them to me. I ordered ahead online so I’m not understanding why my food wasn’t fresh & was absolutely disgusting. I will never return to this location. I was passing through this town & really wish I would’ve kept going after wasting $30 on old hot wings. The inside was also very unorganized & needs to be cleaned & updated.

8-25-25 Hubby and I came in for lunch, and decided to get a bucket of chicken to take home for dinner tonight as well. All the employees and manager was friendly and great . We will eat here again.

KFC Neuse Blvd has really stepped. Up on there game y'all I've ordered twice now and both times everything was on point cooked to perfection 😜 I'm so happy because I always enjoyed their chicken more than others I'm not a spicy fan. But for a few years I had few minor incidents . I'm glad I gave them another chance new look to y'all and food to go with . I myself have worked in restaurants kitchen for the last 6 years so I know the hard work and sweat it takes you are all appreciated

Went to drive thru order was told it would be 3 min for fries pulled around to wait . Sat and waited 20 min, finally went inside asked for my order, they said what order and then after looking at my receipt said we are working on it. Got my order a few mins after and was missing biscuits, fries, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. So upsetting, there was nobody there for them to have taken so long then forget everything.

Parking: Parking along side entrance door and a front parking lot as well. Drive thru available as well.
