Drive thru, told to pull around front and they'll bring food. After 30 minutes, go inside to ask about our food, guy takes our receipt then goes back to make it, and we hear someone complaining they already made it. Would've been nice to get it the first time you made it, now we're both inconvenienced. Two stars cause food was still good

I always make it to KFC on Neuse Blvd in New Bern NC to here the work No...No...No. I pull up and order gizzards. No we don't have gizzards today. I ask about the 9 piece chicken for $13.99 and again...No! we don't have that special when every other KFC in North Carolina has that special. I try ordering on line and order was cancel. Called customer service and they must have worked at this location before because there's no help there as well. I go to the PIG now for better service and food and I never hear No! there. By KFC and NO! I will not come back!

The fries made me rate it as high as I did. The service is HORRIBLE! I asked a question and got ignored. Lol! They apparently changed the recipe for what I ordered, which is fine, I would have tried it anyway. The cashier was nasty about it and told me, if I didn't like it, it was my fault because she warned me. The food was OK, but the attitude was not! I will not be returning anytime soon. SMH

Had the chicken sandwich. It was a basic chicken sandwich. Pretty okay. Not bad. Other institutions like this make theirs better. KFC as a whole has let themselves go.
Every time that I go to the drive through, my order is NOT correct. I asked for original, they give me extra crispy. I ask for, white meat, I get dark meat.

This location is always hit or miss but this was the worst experience yet, I ordered a tenders meal and found a piece of plastic in one of the tenders, absolutely revolting and dangerous, I have no clue how they could let that slip.
